I stayed in the mini-house truck with my husband and our 2 children and it was an amazing experience, impeccable location and everything very well organized, the hydro massage was wonderful, a delicious space to have a barbecue and the coffee available in the kitchen was very good, in addition to the toast that was a full breakfast. Michele and César are super attentive and responsive! The stay exceeded my expectations, I recommend that you come and see it, for those looking for a quiet environment to rest, something totally different from a conventional stay, come and live this unique experience with family or friends!

Apartment very complete and with space for things. All utensils, appliances, furniture, fan etc available. Great for those who are in the area for work or on the way. The region has some options for snacks and is close to the highway. The parking space has a good space and is discovered. Just one detail: access to the block and apartment are super easy with a tag, but access to the condominium is made by facial recognition and you end up having to go in and out as a "visitor" even though the owner has previously informed, however I understand that this is something that is beyond her control.

my family and I spent an amazing Mother's Day weekend. our beautiful house, very clean,has all necessary utensils, spectacular gourmet area., perfect sound system, beautiful pool and a wonderful visit from the sunset. safe and very quiet condominium. André always answering all questions and was very kind to the flexibility of our checkout. We will definitely be back.

I rented it to celebrate my birthday with my family. Beautiful place, easy to get to, the house is super comfortable, the rooms are downstairs, so if someone wants to rest, the noise from other people does not disturb them. Well-equipped kitchen, clean and fragrant sheets and pillows, very well-cleaned and heated pool, breaking the ice of the pool. The accommodation is simply perfect and faithful to the photos in the listing. Everyone in the family praised the house and it is indeed a beautiful house: large, airy, tidy, which made the stay much more enjoyable. We were in a group of 27 people to sleep and everyone was accommodated peacefully in the beds. And a group of 50 people who spent the day, who were also easily received, reinforcing the structure of the house for large and medium-sized events. Something that caught our attention were the accessibility items (wheelchairs, adapted bathroom) because we had some people with mobility difficulties and this support was incredible. Congratulations to Fernando (owner) and Israel (housekeeper) for their kindness from the first contact to check-out. We'll be back for sure!!

My family and I love everything, comfortable house, all very clean, not to mention the view of the house that is beautiful. Everything is as is in the photos. A super polite Lays and always available to assist us in everything. The always-cleaning pool was cleaned every morning in the morning. We like it so much that we already booked for November 🥰

Very complete AP, super clean (without the smell of mold or dust). The building has a swimming pool and game room and is great for spending time. The surroundings are great for walking. Rosangela was very attentive at all times and the check in/check out was excellent.

We loved Thereza's apartment! Spacious, airy, clean and with a beautiful view☺️ Great location, nice city. I just recommend that you arrive early because many places we wanted to visit close at 4:30 pm On Saturday we only saw the square of exaggerations, but it's not worth it. I highly recommend visiting Maeda Park. The mall is also close and well-stocked Thereza is an excellent host!

Chayene's place was great! We spent 2 months there and were very comfortable. We cooked most nights but there are some great restaurants. There are a few walkable options for groceries. Every time we needed something Chayene was responsive and attentive. The neighborhood is good and safe and we felt secure in the building that has a 24 hour security guard who were all friendly. The place was a great value and we would definitely stay there again.
