great location,a wonderful view,all the same as the photos,the very kind Ricardo, always responding to the messages at the time,indicated several places for us to enjoy,and I will certainly come back but times.

All the photos and description of the listing are true to the place, they just failed to mention one thing: you can sleep listening to the sound of the sea!!! Gratitude!!!

The apartment exceeded all expectations! Extremely clean, well decorated, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay — from kitchen utensils to quality linens and towels. The location is excellent, close to everything, in a safe and easily accessible area. Communication with the host was always quick and cordial. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to everyone!

Gizele and her husband were life savers and their apartment was beautiful as was just as listed. Our original booking cancelled at the last minute and we had no where to stay. Gizele was accommodating and very communicative. The location is convenient to shopping, restaurants, and the beach. We will be back.

We had a wonderful experience at this listing in São Vicente! The apartment is great and the view is simply amazing, breathtaking – certainly one of the highlights of the stay. We had a great stay, the flat is just like the photos in the listing! The view of the beach is amazing and the location is excellent, everything is very close, beach, restaurants, bars, pharmacies, malls… communication was also very fast! I recommend it to everyone!

The stay met expectations very well, I would only change the sofa bed (it is very old) I'd put in an air fryer, And also the right pans for induction stoves. The location is great, the space was great for 3 adults and 1 Dog. The host Marcelo was super helpful and everything went well, as I expected.

Great place

The space is comfortable, clean and quiet. I've always had a quick return from hosts. The apartment is close to everything, not needing a car for anything, but since I was by car, I went to the mall, but it's close, that uber wouldn't be expensive. There was only 1 service elevator that is used to take trash, change, go and come back from the beach and/or pool, so sometimes we wait for more than 10 minutes, but that is not the fault of the host or there is nothing to do. As it is a stay, it doesn't get in the way. For two people, I found a little more expensive than other nearby opportunities, but those who want convenience and close to everything, pay for it. I wanted to give me this luxury, because it was a vacation.

Very good accommodation, beachfront, easy access and amenities in the area. Close to restaurants, bakeries, and markets. Everything was perfect, well organized and clean. I recommend it.

The stay was excellent! The location is amazing, next to the jetty, overlooking the sea and really on the sand — something rare on the waterfront. The host was very attentive and helpful throughout the lodging. I recommend it!

A very nice place and very close to the beach and amenities such as a pharmacy, bakery, supermarket and restaurants. A very spacious, organized and well-equipped apartment with full kitchen, sofa, TV, washing machine and air-conditioning in the rooms. Very good indeed, I recommend it!!

Andrea's apartment is so cute! Clean, comfortable and with a very beautiful view! We love it! Andrea is an excellent host, gave us several tips about the region and even took the trouble to welcome us with a suitable environment for the children! We highly recommend it and certainly, when we return to Santos, it will be our guaranteed choice!

We loved the 4 days we spent there! Kaio is super friendly and helpful, the place was exactly as shown in the photos, super cozy, a quiet place and super close to the beach, very well located. It met all our expectations and we were very well accommodated.
