It takes 10 minutes to the city center. The apartment is used only for rent and is never used privately. There is a bedroom with 1 bed, dining area and sofa. There is WiFi. Cozy older 2 bedroom apartment right next to Brønshøj Torv. The apartment is from 1930 and contains several original details. There is light in the large living room most of the day. From the kitchen and bedroom, there is a beautiful view, and there is a balcony with morning sun and evening sun in the summer. In the common courtyard with bicycle racks and parking spaces, there is also a smaller common garden with grass, plants, tiles, swing racks, toys, deckchairs, garden tables and chairs and barbecue.

Smart TV is installed in the apartment and access to high-speed internet (1000 mbit for the property). The home is located in Brønshøj with access to the S-train (7 min walk) and bus (4 min walk). The area is quiet and safe. Washing machine and dryer are in the basement, where you have laundry times 6 days a week.

The guest suite has its own cozy little garden and a bathroom with a washing machine. There can be two adults. The bed measures 200 x 140 cm. There is tableware, an electric kettle, refrigerator and toaster. There is no kitchen. As the home is very close to Herlev station, the train can be heard. We have a well-behaved dog in our part of the garden, which you may meet on the way into the guest suite. You are very welcome. However, we do not want anyone other than you in the home.
