Ceunant Bach, couples cottage with hot tub

SteveRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Ceunant Bach is situated on a working farm in a magical spot in the Nantle valley. Hosts Gwyn and Ros are really happy to help guests get the most out of their stay, offering good advice on where to visit. The location is magical, nestling under the Glyders mountain range, with the farm set well within its 1000 acres. Anglesey is just a quarter of an hour away and Snowdonia’s biggest mountains are on your doorstep. We had a great time and hope to be back soon.

Fantastic holiday cottage, with a great private garden and hot tub, the cottage is cozy with a comfy bed and furniture, loved the sunny aspect of the garden and how easy it is to visit local attractions. Our 3 year old Golden Retriever loved his time on the local beaches and forest walks. Our African grey parrot loved being in the garden in his holiday cage, cannot recommend enough!

Olinda Cottage

AndyRating, 5 stars4 months ago
If you’re looking for a beautifully decorated cottage in Beaumaris with exceptional service and a perfect location, this is it! Situated next to the iconic castle, it’s in the heart of this classy seaside town, comparable to St. Ives. The cottage is stunning, equipped to an unmatched standard with thoughtful touches like John Lewis cutlery and Robert Welch utensils. It’s spacious and comfortable for six, with an outhouse offering extra privacy—ideal for a couple or small family. The courtyard parking is generous, fitting 3-4 cars. We paid extra for the hot tub, and it was worth it—my 5-year-old loved it, and we enjoyed stargazing in the chilly evening air. Jo’s hospitality was incredible. She surprised me with bunting, a card, and wine for my 40th birthday and provided fantastic advice on local amenities. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We loved every moment and can’t wait to return. Huge thanks to Jo for creating such a perfect experience!

Converted post office with views over Snowdonia

KellyRating, 5 stars1 week ago
we stayed at Gareths beautiful home for 2 nights and it was a lovely experience, the home was clean and smelt fresh throughout. We loved the welcome basket and the Welsh cakes we're delicious. He explained everything we needed to know prior to arrival and the hot tub was an added bonus too. It did take a while to heat, but once it's heated it did remain warm with the lid on like he explained. The track up to the house is very narrow as i have a big car and found it difficult to turn around at the top.. but it didn't put us off. Highly recommend parking on the road, we had space to park 2 cars for the weekend and none of the neighbours complained. We did have a car park outside the gates if you do use the courtyard to park be aware, however a lovely neighbour running by moved a cone outside the gates to prevent anyone blocking our access. She explained there are a few that do park there ignoring the sign. However, it was lovely and found no faults! Thankyou, Gareth

Cwt Y Ci - Barn Conversion Snowdonia & Zip world

Lovely cosy cottage handily located near to Snowdon. Property was very clean and well stocked, although it should be noted that there isn't a dishwasher (host did offer to get her cleaner to do our washing up but we declined). Kerry is a very friendly and responsive host and we really enjoyed our eggs at breakfast that had been freshly laid by her chickens. Thank you for a wonderful stay - except for the weather but some things are outside of anyone's control!!

The Old Stables

AndrejRating, 5 stars1 month ago
The Old Stables might be the most interesting house I've ever stayed in. Cozy. And quirky. Kids loved it! It features hidden closets, a hidden bedroom for two dwarfs, a hidden laundry room and even a hidden toilet. We counted at least 78 places one can hide stuff in. There's a vampire house next doors and a cemetery behind it. The living room is spacious, there's a separate corner for reading upstairs and a big table for board games. The beds are comfy. Everything worked and was clean. Jane was very comunicative and helpful. She even lent us a vacuum cleaner for our car when the kids made mess in it. Tall and plus-size fellows, beware though. There's low ceilings, very low arches and corridors one has to literally squeeze through. While we loved the house, it might not be for everyone. Heartily recommended.

The accommodation is as described in the listing: extremely cozy and very clean. The beds are very good. Sue is a great host, among other things, we were very pleased that there was coffee, tea and also something for breakfast. We used the accommodation for hiking in Snowdonia and excursions to Anglesey. We felt very comfortable in the house and are more than happy to recommend the accommodation.

Glan Rhyd -Tranquil Country Cottage

IanRating, 5 stars4 days ago
The cottage is lovely. The wild meadow garden is really good and great to sit and relax by. It was great to see the tawny owl as a regular visitor. All facilities in the cottage were great. The bed is massive and very comfy. Steve is a great host. He was very responsive to any questions asked. He’s very welcoming and approachable and very interested in making sure our visit was the best it could be. We are very interested in wildlife and Steve was very knowledgeable about all of it. He was able to guide us to places we had not seen before and what to look out for whilst we were there. The location is central so ideal for visiting any part of the island. We would highly recommend it to everyone.

The Walled Garden

We loved our stay at the cottage, so peaceful and felt so homely. Great recommendations from Mike, such as Dylan’s, where we enjoyed a meal one night. Our 5 year old loved our stay and was so sad to leave, she’s already asking when we can go back again. She loved getting to see the horses and dogs too, who were also super friendly! Thank you Mike for a lovely stay.
