I highly recommend it! Great apartment, exactly as shown in the photos (fully furnished, very clean and very quiet). The fact that it has air conditioning in both the bedroom and the living room is a big plus, because Manaus is very hot. Check-in is very easy with the doorman, a password apartment that makes it easy not to have to move around with a key and risk losing it. I had read some negative comments about the region, but despite being downtown and in fact, there are some more deserted streets and with homeless people, I felt safe the whole time, I practically walked everywhere, many bars and restaurants, 10 minutes on foot from the Theater and the Largo. Only compliments. I strongly recommend staying with Sávio.

i absolutely LOVED this apartment! you really couldnt ask for a better location. there's a pool, gym, social area, great security, super convenient location, spacious accommodations, and literally THE BEST VEIW IN THE CITY! being at the very top floor of a 15 story highrise building, i was delighted to be able to watch the sun rise and sunset each day. the host is also extremely professional and was more than helpful and accommodating to any specific need we had or change that was requested. this will definitely be my favorite place to stay whenever I visit Manaus. thank you so much for making my trip such a wonderful experience! iv stayed at many airbnbs around Manaus, and I am very pleased to say that this has been the BEST one that iv stayed at so far! note- the apartment and building seemed to be BRAND NEW and i was actually amazed that this apartment was actually more modern than my own house in the States! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Wonderful host, made it easy to check in by getting us in the early hours. That was so helpful. The residence is great , cozy space,without external noises, better place than in the photos. quiet neighborhood, all facilities nearby, markets ,bakery ,Lan house, butcher's, restaurant. Surely I would stay more often,I hope to return soon.

Great value, renovated apartment, everything new and super practical for long stays! The bed and bath linens are of great quality! I felt perfectly at home! Although the condominium is old, I considered it safe and quiet, it does not interfere with the stay. My mother loved that planes fly by from time to time.

Everything is great, the accommodation was made for themselves,and not for rent, you want to stay longer, a feeling of comfort, which is a rarity) All the declared amenities, spacious apartment, including a room for things with a table, like in dressing rooms, swing, 2 TVs, washing machine, stove with oven, microwave, blender, sandwich maker and a variety of cooking utensils)) Air conditioning only in the far bedroom, which is enough only when it is not very hot outside (in my case it was not very hot), otherwise a small portable fan helped. Great deep pool on the premises. There is also a sports ground under the window, the sound from which does not interfere at all, with the windows closed. Wifi is fast, enough for work, but in the evening it can drop to 50mbps, which is also acceptable) Good location, 15 minutes to the airport, shops nearby, no more than 20 minutes by car to the center and pier.

My stay was very pleasant. The communication with Zildomar was excellent, he gave me very good recommendations for the area and was always available. The place is super well located. Close to everything, yet quiet. Would definitely stay there again.
