Maria was a wonderful host from the moment we arrived. She greeted us warmly and made us feel completely at home. The apartment itself is even more beautiful than the photos—stylish, spotless, and as comfortable as a boutique hotel. It’s also exceptionally well equipped: we cooked every day and never found the kitchen lacking a single item. We stayed for ten days with two babies, and Maria had truly thought of everything. She left a baby bathtub and cribs ready for us, and when we asked for a high chair she brought one over right away. The garden was another highlight—perfect for relaxing while the little ones played. Maria’s local tips were spot-on. Thanks to her recommendations we discovered wonderful beaches, great restaurants, and hidden gems in the area. The village itself is peaceful, with a lovely bakery, and it’s an easy drive to Ioannina, the Zagori villages, and the coast. In short, Maria’s hospitality and her beautiful apartment made our stay unforgettable! Thank you!

The apartment is simply perfect. It is spacious and has everything a person might need. It is very clean and actually much better than it looked in the photos.. Its location iss great too, one minute walk from the lake and 2 minutes walk the other direction to the city center. The apartment is very private with its own outdoor space and is very quiet during day and night. For its price, it is a little gem. I would highly recommend it to everyone. I had a great stay with my family :)

The house was on the 2nd floor where you climb with stairs there is no elevator, this didn't bother us though! The house was just like the photos! The sheets and towels smelled clean, and my favorite had a heater to warm up at night! It also has a very nice big balcony with a table to sit outside. The only thing that bothered me was that there was no new kitchen sponge. However, if I visit Ioannina again I will choose the same house which is just 9 minutes drive from the center!! I recommend it!

One of the best apartments I've rented. Everything was just like the description and photos. Warm apartment, even had a dehumidifier! What struck us was the very good materials used and the excellent consumables (towels, sheets, etc.). The host is also excellent, friendly and always helpful. Ideal for a stay of 3 people or more.

The place was great, very thoughtful, and clean. In a very good location, we went to the center of Ioannina on foot. It was next to restaurants cafes and bars. Worth a visit!!! 5 ⭐️ are few!!!

Very nice place and well equipped. Zoi was an excellent host. One thing to note is no parking directly on the street but can park for free a short walk away.

Everything went very well at Thomas and Georgia's, we were welcomed very well and they were attentive to our needs! We didn't miss anything with our two kids who are 2 and 5 years old . I start with the host.Excellent and willing to make your stay better. He contacted us regularly to ask if we need anything. The house is ideal for family or groups. It has its own yard and is relatively quiet. Access is simple if someone sees and reads the host's informative instructions. It is located in a very good location (inside the castle) which means that all points of interest and shops are next to you. Parking may be an issue for some but there is very close municipal parking. You can park on the lakeside road from the bottom of the castle. My family enjoyed the stay. Thank you very much for the hospitality.

Our experience at the apartment was very pleasant! Exactly as described in the listing, a spacious, nicely decorated, clean flat. The location is very central, close to most of the popular landmarks, markets and restaurants. Vassilis is a great host, very responsive, flexible and accommodating. Car parking can be tricky in the area, but there are options of public and private parking areas close in the neighbourhood. We highly recommend this apartment!

Very convenient and clean studio, ideal for a short city break

I liked the apartment because it is small and cozy, there is a sofa on the balcony where I spent most of my time studying. The only negative thing is that there is no separate bathroom, when you take a shower the water spreads all over the bathroom, but that’s not the problem. The bed linens are clean and smell good, the towels smell good, and the host is very polite and helpful. I really liked it, I recommend it. 🇬🇷🇧🇷🇬🇷🇧🇷

The place was perfect for a stay of a couple of days. It's a cosy place that feels like home. The neighbourhood is quiet. Communication with Eleni was very good, she replies quickly. Unfortunately we didn't get to meet, since she was abroad. Maybe the next time!
