incredibly responsive host, went over and above to make sure we were well cared for. I'm very thankful to have such a spacious and private area for the two families that stayed in the property. there were total and we never felt cramped. the back patio is a particularly nice space, and balcony for the king bed suite was super cool!

Super Kommunikation, sehr hilfreich und reibungslos, alles top, ein paar mehr Küchenutensilien wie Salz und Gewürze wäre natürlich noch besser. Würde ich wieder buchen, tolle Aussicht von der Dachterrasse!

Appartement agréable dans un petit immeuble de 3 étages en bord de mer. Endroit calme car rue non passante, un peu en retrait du grand axe. Après avoir eut un problème avec une serrure, une personne est arrivée en 10 minutes pour solutionner l'incident. Une réactivité très appréciable.

Great stay and relatively affordable. They have some items in the fridge like a hotel mini-bar would, which means it’s convenient, but maybe 3x what you would pay in the store or with rappi. Also, if you’re doing a longer stay make sure you buy your own toilet paper or ask for more with 24 hour notice since there’s only 2 rolls available for guests in the property :) Overall, 5 stars, thanks for hosting!

Nous avons beaucoup aimé ce petit logement. Il est un peu en retrait de la rue, donc très tranquille pour Lima (et Barranco). Il y a une petite terrasse et tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner. Très bien situé aussi, à quelques minutes de marche du centre de Barranco d'un côté et Miraflores de l'autre. Le logement est propre et le lit confortable (relativement ferme). Il y a certains petits détails qui pourraient être rénovés dans le logement, mais rien qui nous a déplu. Le personnel à l'entrée de l'édifice est très accueillant, ils nous ont aidé avec nos baggages et on s'est senti très en sécurité. L'arrivée était très facile aussi et ils nous ont même permis de laisser nos baggages à l'entrée avant l'heure du check in, ce qui nous a permis d'aller luncher sans nos valises avant d'entrer dans le logement.

Great place to stay for a few days in miraflores. The apartment looks exactly as it does in the photos. The host was very responsive to any questions I had, and the doormen were helpful and professional. The terrace is a beautiful space, would definitely stay again.

I'm glad that this place is available for visitors to experience the area. Its great. You might not find as much cookware as other places but it has what you could use for a quick breakfast meal. It's is a good area to check out the restaurants which is what you have to try out mainly. Good stay and friendly people

Das Team von der Wohnung war freundlich und hilfreich. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und nah am Strand. Der Kicker und das Jenga Spiel waren super. Danke für die nette Kommunikation und die super Wohnung.

Apartamento: Totalmente equipado su cocina, los espacios tal y cual las fotos, muy fresco privado y tranquilo. Impecable en cuanto a limpieza. Ubicacion: muy buena, cerca a varios restaurantes y supermercados. Host: victor es muy amable, atento y buena persona. Responde muy rápido! The vistas through all the tall glass doors are fantastic. The floorplan is open, allowing a nice breeze. The kitchen is well equipped. Potable water was provided. There was plenty of toilet paper. We spent a lot of time on the porch watching the bay. We really enjoyed our stay here.

We stayed for a month at the apartment. Location is in the lively neighborhood of Barranco. We were very comfortable there and enjoyed the buildings amenities including shared washers and dryers and work space. Buildings is located at the top of Barranco so easy walk to Miraflores or further into neighborhood. Lots of good restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Small supermarket nearby and other small shops. Apartment gets good morning light and good air flow. Floor fan available for hot days. Well equipped for cooking. Reliable hot water. Great place to stay for a short or extended visit. Host was very responsive and easy to work with. Hope to return on our next visit.

The flat was stylish and perfectly located. Everything was like in the pictures. The balcony was HUGE, we loved it. The communication was easy and quick.
