Welcome to a cozy renovated house along the Koitajoki River. Koitajoki is a wilderness river about 200 km long in Ilomants that flows along both the Finnish and Russian sides of the border. Come and enjoy the peace of nature with berry picking, fishing, hunting, or boating. There's a good way to get to the destination, or you can also come by taking advantage of a beautiful waterway. The house has electricity, running water, sauna, toilet, refrigerator, small refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine and free wifi.

To get to the city center, you can quickly get to the city through the Bridge, for example, on the bikes included in the rental. Cozy guesthouse and sauna in a wild wooden park. There are about 250 different species of wooded trees and shrubs in a two-acre area. The tree was planted in 1970 and forms its own microclimate, where the air is clean and good to breathe. The area is partly still in natural space and renovation is being made in the area. A neat 21m² studio is located on the edge of the park in a quiet residential area of Niinivaara. However, the building is located on the same plot with a detached house and with its own entrance. Nearby you can find: hospital services 1,4km, S-market (open 24/7) 700m, pharmacy, restaurants and ski trails/jogging trails start from the backyard. The guest has a bicycle available.
