The place was a quiet and safe neighborhood that you can do walking at night, amenities were excellent with great wifi, water heater and AC. Close to a big grocery store. A few miles would be the highway, some great restaurants and fast food. The circumferential road was JJ key for us to travel all the cities. The home was clean and ready for our stay. Great work and hospitality! Thank you so much!

Great place to stay for a nice retreat :)

House is clean and safe. Owner is very nice, my siblings were able to visit me during dinner time and stays until almost midnight, I felt comfortable and safe every time they leave the place. My daughter and son arrived 3:30 am, the guard made sure they came to our place safely. The guards are really nice. If I’ll visit Bacolod in the future again, I would like to stay at Tricia’s house again.

It was a fun and comfortable stay. What stood out is the friendliness and responsiveness of Mae Ann. The place of course was clean and all the possible needed things were provided. Stay at Mae Ann's place and have the feel of staying in the comforts of your home.

Me and my family enjoyed the place as it was very nice and quiet and we were able to see the beautiful view of the mountains that is so mind relaxing..We liked the fact that the place is very private and no neighbors nearby and no roasters and no noisy dogs barking. Wish we could have stayed more time and hoping to see the sunset but unfortunately it was always cloudy and a rainy afternoon while we’re there so we never get the chance to see it but nevertheless I recommend the place for family gatherings and celebrations…

Everything was pefrect. Spacious living room and what we preffer ,all rooms on the ground floor.Wifi working perfectly. For sure we will come back

Spacious house with many rooms. Very comfortable beds. Amazingly beautiful chandelier in living room towering over staircase. Equipped with everything. Close to main market and hub of street food and activities. Urban but safe!

Paul is very resposnsive to all our questions and even have a lot of suggestions. if you are looking for a private place to get along with the nature and wake up with wonderful mornings of sea view, this is a place to go. My coworkers family had a wonderful stay at this place. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout their stay. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions.

Ryan very responsive and flexible. Any concerns and questions were answered in a timely manner. He was very accommodating throughout our stay, especially for check-in; my flight was delayed and there was an unexpected power outage, but Ryan and his team were very patient and did their best to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The overall space was very clean and the room was well equipped to cool down from a long a day in the heat. I would definitely return to stay with Ryan again when returning to Cadiz!

We booked the place already late but Ms. Maenyll was very responsive and helpful. We really enjoyed and feel very comfortable with our short stay with my family. Ms. Maenyll even met us upon check out and gave us a food. I recommend their place if you are traveling at Silay city.

The house is really relaxing and well laid out. A real moment of rest and comfort at a very decent price, which Bago City and the surrounding area offer very little. The landlord is very responsive, accommodating and visible that he wants the well-being of his tenants. I highly recommend it.
