Lovely apartment in a great neighborhood. Easy access to public transportation, grocery stores, bakeries and fruit/vegetable close by. Takes about 20 minutes to walk to Syntagma square, and you get to walk through the beautiful National garden on your way. Lots of restaurants, shops and services within in a couple of minutes walking from the apartment. The hosts were always quick to respond to any inquiries we had.

Appartment as described and presented in photos. Very clear instructions for check-in and overall quick communication from host. Appartment is at first floor with spacious balcony but is viewing the side of the appartment block (no view). Very clean, with full amenities. Very close to Optical Clinic, convenient for people that have operations there and need to stay a few days close-by.

This was our second stay at the apartment. Met the description accurately, great amenities, breathtaking view of the gulf and beyond. Close to restaurants and shops. Highly recommend.

Our communication with the host was amazing, as he was very helpful both at check-in and check-out. He was always available to answer all our questions as well as some difficulties that arose due to a change in our schedule. The space was super clean and very thoughtful. Impeccable accommodation, clean, well-equipped, air-conditioned and heated if needed. Very responsive and accommodating host. Very lively neighborhood quite noisy but with lots of varied shops and restaurants within walking distance. a little far from the center of Athens and the seaside: car recommended but beware of the very great difficulties to park! (paid parking overpriced). Very recommendable for a short trip to discover Athens and its surroundings. Overall positive review.

We used Konstantinos’ place for the final preparations before our wedding and for our first night as a married couple – and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The apartment was spotlessly clean, just as described, and beautifully decorated. It offered the calm, stylish atmosphere we needed during such a special time. Konstantinos was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything even smoother. The space felt welcoming and thoughtfully designed – I was genuinely excited the moment I walked in. We’re so glad we chose this place to be part of such meaningful memories, and we’d absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable, and well-managed stay.

We just completed a four week stay and needless to say we were immensely satisfied with our choice. Our trip was a combination of work and pleasure and both goals were met with flying colors. The unit is modern, functional with tasteful decor. The dryer a huge bonus. Athens is all about outdoor living and the big balcony helped us experience that. Walkable to everything, central Athens and sites ,two minutes away from the bus stop. Fast speed internet and a quiet environment helped fulfill the work aspect of our trip. Lucas was always responsive and easy to communicate. And that clear view of the Parthenon from the balcony, priceless!

The apartment is very clean, the kitchen is fully equipped, there are two bedrooms with double beds, so it’s perfect for a couple or a family that wants to stay in a quite and nice area where there are also many nice bars

Incredible place to stay! The home has so much space and is filled with luxury items and accents to utilize and enjoy during your stay. But the real show stopper is the view from the balcony — a clear view of the acropolis! Me and my family stayed here for one night before we flew out early and are sad we didn’t know about it when we stayed for a week last week. It’s so walkable, so spacious, and has all the amenities you could ever want and need. the only two things that kept my review from being all 5s is that the lock boxes to get the keys were challenging to open (minor but still an inconvenience) and the couch had quite a few stains on them so we laid towels down (easy to fix). would highly recommend staying here and next time i’m in athens, ill definitely be here again!

We were very pleased with our accommodations and very happy we chose it. Will recommend to whoever is planning a trip to Athens. The view is breathtaking and the hosts were on top of every aspect needed to make our stay perfect. Their response time was legitimately within 1 minute each time I messaged them for advice or recommendations. Highly recommend this apartment!

The house was beautiful, comfortable and spotless, just like in the photos, maybe even better! The location is very convenient and quiet, ideal for resting. The host was kind, hospitable and willing to help with anything we needed. We felt at home and we will definitely come back! I highly recommend it!

Location, location, location. 1/2 block from the main square. It’s very busy but you can walk to everything. View from balcony of the Acropolis is from the side but it’s still great. We walked in different directions every day. Many, many restaurants, taverns everywhere. Check out the rooftop restaurant right on the corner. You enter the elevators right near the subway. Worth the stop. If you’re up to it, walk a number of blocks away from the main tourist areas or grab the subway (right next door)to find restaurants with better bang for the buck. We took the subway out when we left, super easy to do even with luggage and straight to the airport. The host was very helpful and very responsive.

Arrived in evening & found entrance was at far end of road which was uphill. Taxis were on strike day we arrived after a 45 minute walk 😢. We should’ve caught the Metro. Keyless entry system worked fine. Wi-Fi worked well. Tried local restaurant the 1st evening, recommended & cheap. Apartment had all amenities except a microwave which we didn’t need. Spotlessly clean & & photos are accurate. Nice complimentary bottle of wine & water on arrival. Jacuzzi on patio was lovely. Text communication with Panagiotis was excellent & he messaged several times to ensure we were OK. Used local metro at bottom of hill which is great to get into central Athens & only €1.20 a journey. Uber is about €7. Breakfast in morning on back patio is lovely as sun rises with distant view of Acropolis. Nice to sit on front balcony at end of day watching sun set. Panagiotis was so helpful with any text communication. Would highly recommend.

I cannot say enough good things about Yannis and Tax, miss Flora who was super helpful and this amazing airbnb. not only we were able to drop our luggage early but we were allowed to check in early and felt right at home. they have us so many great recommendations and even hooked us up with a local taxi driver to take us to the ferry after check out. we will 100% return and recommend this place to anyone! thank you guys for everything
