Vacation rentals with a patio in Île-d'Aix

We had a great time. The place is even better in real life. The location is ideal, sea in front, playground for children, market, port, shops, restaurants. In short, ideal! The accommodation is very clean with everything you need. Looking forward to returning.

A very nice apartment which must be absolutely excellent in summer with its beautiful swimming pool… we had a great time with our three-year-old son who was able to go out into the well-enclosed yard. Fabienne answered our call when we got a little lost…, thank you!

Accommodation near the city center, quiet, very clean, very well-equipped, just a downside, we don't capture very well with our mobile phones. The accommodation is lovely.

Thanks for hosting us in your beautiful studio, furnished with a lot of taste and beautiful materials. We appreciated the radiators being on when we arrived. A real little cocoon where the living is good🙂 The studio is well-equipped, and the layout is well thought out (thank you for the triplets next to the nightstands, very nice detail😉) There's nothing missing 👍 Everything is very clean and well kept. And the info, to find the right house, is clear and in focus. A bakery a short walk away, with very good bread, delighted us at breakfast 🥖🥐 Thanks 🌸

After a first misadventure with an Airbnb originally booked, we book Antoine's home quickly. What a pleasure it is to find a place that is as described. Very well located, functional apartment where you can find everything you need for our arrival. The places are clean, the location is ideal with a plus for underground parking. Antoine is very responsive and welcoming. In short, I would highly recommend and will not hesitate to come back if we come back here. Very well-equipped and very clean accommodation. As described. ok for 2 adults and 2 children. Hosts accommodating for schedules. Beautiful environment and well maintained. The pools delighted both young and old. Recommended ++ even if the price was on our high range. We would happily stay again! Thank you

Hélène is a very pleasant and accessible host. The listing is true to the listing and functional. A big plus point about the location, it is located in a quiet area, close to the beach and shops. Great for doing anything by foot!

An enchanted break on this little island. The accommodation is 2 steps from the port, restaurants and walks on the ramparts . The space is step-free what was perfect for my adorable 87 year old mother, more secure! The apartment is clean ,modern and has a terrace . The ++++ a box for the car!!! Thanks to Marina who is very responsive and will tell you the right restaurant and other tips I'll go back there without hesitation 🙏
