The price advertised is the nightly price, but if you book one month or more you get 10% discount. It is a calm area and in a small compound which has a very good security with alarm system and eletrical fence. Electricity is not included in the rent.

Includes wifi, living room, dining area and kitchen. We also have a small patio in the garden. Perfect for guests on holiday or on business/work/study.
