Maison et jardin très agréables, adaptés aux familles avec enfants. Emplacement idéal, proche centre ville et forêt.

Overall it was very nice, he was very responsive and made check in very smooth and easy, which after 3 flights and 10 hrs of flying was very nice. He even let us check in early and had available wine for us to enjoy. 10/10 would definitely come again. 😁

Un séjour parfait entre amis pour célébrer un enterrement de vie de jeune fille! La maison est incroyable, décorée avec beaucoup de goût, spacieuse, propre et très bien équipée. Tout était fonctionnel : jacuzzi, hammam, cuisine… Un vrai cocon de confort à seulement quelques minutes de Paris, mais dans un calme absolu. Idéal pour un groupe de 8 personnes, nous avons passé un moment inoubliable. Merci encore pour cet accueil impeccable, nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Parfait pour le séjour de 2 techniciens qui devaient travailler à proximité. Logement très propre et bien équipé. Anyès et Eric sont des supers hôtes. Nous retenons le logement si de nouvelles missions doivent être faites :-)

Merci à John pour son accueil et sa réactivité. Je suis venue avec une amie pour le week-end pour déconnecter et le lieu est idéal pour ça ! Nous avons adoré l’extérieur, la cuisine équipée et les chambres. Un lieu calme et agréable. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

We wish to thank our hosts Isabelle and Jean-Marc for being the most helpful people you could ever meet and generous to a fault. The house was fantastic very clean and well organized with all the equipment you need for a stay and a lovely garden to sit in. Transport to Paris was very easy bus or train nearby. We had a wonderful two week stay and would like to say many thanks to Isabelle and Jean-Marc for all their help.

Nos amis ont logés quelques jours avec leurs enfants et leur chien, le séjour c'est trés bien passé. Ils ont apprécier le logement qui est conforme à la description et ont apprécier l'accueil des hôtes. Ils ont pu visiter Paris et ses alentours grâce aux transports en commun à proximité.

Overall a wonderful place to stay, especially for two couples/four travelers. Excellent communication throughout the whole process. Everything you need is supplied in the kitchen- a couple of groceries stores close by. Really enjoyed hanging out in the living room during down time. If you need to do any work, the wifi is good. Big dining table if needed. Lots of cafe/ restaurant options within just a few blocks, many of which are ethnic. Note that if you leave really early morning (or get home late evening) the Passage gate is locked. To leave the flat, you will have to take the elevator to the second floor and then take the stairs down to the green door exit. The person who checks you in will explain how all the entryways work. No big complaints, but if you’re used to heftier pillows, that’s not always the case in Paris. Hotel prior to Airbnb also had thin pillows. Definitely enjoyed our stay and would recommend highly!

It's so tempting to not give this place the review it deserves because I want it to be available for all my future visits to Paris, but Anne & Jean-Luc absolutely deserve all the accolades. This apartment is the quintessential Parisienne apartment you always imagined living it. Tucked away and quite but convenient to everything you want to see. Well appointed including decor imbued with family and building history but without feeling fragile or cluttered. Anne was incredibly responsive and accommodating. She offered luggage storage and provided her own family items to make sure my toddler felt at home. We truly felt at home, and my group regularly proclaimed it our favorite AirBNB we'd ever stayed at--we're already looking forward to future stays here. Thank you, Anne & Jean-Luc for the magical experience.

Beautiful quiet apartment, everything worked. Nice modern bathroom with a heated towel rack even. Justher was a delight, very nice and very proactive. When it became warm, she texted with a reminder on how to turn on the air conditioning. She also checked-in to see if we needed anything.

El apartamento de Charlotte es tal cual como aparece en las fotos, es muy amplio y tiene todo lo necesario para familias. Ella siempre estuvo muy atenta y nos dio facilidad para llevar nuestras maletas antes del check in. Pasamos una estadía muy comfortable! Gracias por todo!

Lovely apartment in a busy neighbourhood. Great local restaurants. Area is bustling and noisy but the apartment is very well soundproofed so you can close out the local noise if you want to.

우리는 지난 3박동안 최고의 집에서 최고의 시간을 보냈다고 생각합니다. 먼저 집의 위치와 내부시설이 너무 훌륭했습니다. 집은 조용하고 쾌적했으며, 주위에 식당과 마켓이 많이 있어서 아주 좋았습니다. 거실을 비롯한 내부의 모든 인테리어도 프렌치 스타일이어서 정말로 파리에 온 느낌을 받았습니다. 가전 및 주방시설도 최고였습니다. 두번째로 호스트가 직접 우리를 만나서 친절하게 집에 대해 설명해 주어서 감동을 받았습니다. 문을 여는 방법, 주방시설 사용 방법, 가전용품 사용법등등 집의 사용 설명에 대한 완벽한 가이드였습니다. 특히 무료로 제공받은 웰컴와인은 정말 맛이 있었습니다. 세번째로, 서재에 있는 레코드와 cd 소리 너무 좋았습니다. 오래된 레코드판을 들으면서 옛 감성에 빠졌고, 특히 바하, 마리아 칼라스, 에디뜨 피아쁘의 음악은 최고였습니다. 모든 것이 따뜻하고 안락했으며, 마치 내집처럼 편안히 쉬고 가는 느낌입니다. 다음에 파리에 오면 꼭 다시 올 생각입니다. 다시 한번 좋은 집을 빌려 주셔서 감사드립니다.

We had a wonderful stay at Xavier’s place. It is located in the nicest area and all the locals around were so friendly. Tons of restaurants and shops nearby. Walking outside, you are almost immediately able to see Notre Dame which is a short 5 minute walk. As far as the home goes, it was ver comfortable and the cleanest Airbnb we have ever stayed in. Thank you, Xavier for the wonderful stay!

Beautiful old Parisian style apartment and special view! This was one of the most beautiful Airbnb I ever did. Romantic and walkable. 2 mins from the Sacré Coeur Cathedral. You won't be disappointed. The area is quiet and close to metro as well. I love it!

En week-end entre copines, nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Thanom et Fred : jardin et équipements extérieurs merveilleux, tout ce qu'il fallait sur place pour cuisiner, literies au top, nous avons enregistrée l'adresse dans nos favoris et reviendrons sans hésiter. Thanom et Fred ont été super disponibles et flexibles, merci encore à eux.

Jáde-kőként ragyogó tágas szálláshely privát kerttel, a nyugalom szigete, Párizs szívétől valóban 25 percre. Nyugdíjas szüleimmel és 4 éves kisgyermekemmel töltöttünk 6 éjszakát a házban.Cécile és családjának vendégszeretete, segítőkészsége mosolyt csalt az arcunkra, bármikor találkoztunk az ott-tartózkodás alatt.A 3 hálószoba több, mint elegendő, a konyha jól felszerelt, benne só-bors-fűszerek.A fürdők tiszták, a nagyobbik rendkívül tágas, a kád kisgyermeknek szinte medence.Talán részemre nagyobb testsúllyal a matrac nagyon puha.A reggeli beszerzése a szálláshelytől 5 perc távolsága (Boulangerie, Patisserie, szupermarket és a csütörtöki termelői piac a közelben). Parkolas a szomszédos utcában ingyenes. A házigazda kutyája barátságos, néha átjár az elkerített kertbe, de minket nem zavart, a gyermek a kutyát nagyon szerette.A nappaliban tv, Netflix, YouTube, a kanapé a kisgyermek kedvence.Ajánlom azoknak, akik szeretik a nyugalmat, a csendet.Negatívumot nem tudnék felhozni.Visszajövünk!

Traveling to Paris for the Summer Olympics was a bucket list event, and finding a place to accommodate six adults comfortably would have its challenges. We lucked out and found this great house in Garches! There was ample space and the layout was great for three couples. Seonhee arranged our car service and met us upon arrival (with croissants and wine) to give us the house tour; she was so responsive before, during, and after our stay, including having her cleaning lady come in after the first week (for a fee)). She prepared instructions/directions and explained how the nearby bus and train systems worked which was very helpful. Even the grocery store is in walking distance making this a real prime location. The only drawback is to be mindful of the low ceilings on the top floor. If you're about 6' tall be aware to occasionally duck. Apart from that the house was great and we would definitely rent again.

Wir haben unser Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Haus genossen. Es liegt sehr ruhig in einer schönen Gegend. Mit Uber dauert es ca. 30 Minuten bis Zentrum von Paris. Das Haus entspricht ganz genau der Beschreibung. Es ist sehr geräumig, schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir haben uns wie Zuhause gefüllt. Die Kommunikation mit Matthieu hat immer reibungslos funktioniert. Insgesamt eine sehr gute Erfahrung!

un agréable accueil, de la disponibilité, bon standing et un bel espace

Katia est très réactive! Elle vous répond à une vitesse phénoménale ce qui rassure quand vous louez un bien comme celui-ci. La maison a sûrement été conçue par un architecte, la lumière rentre très bien et les espaces sont bien optimisées. Petite particularité qui ne se voit pas sur les photos, la cuisine et le salon sur trouve au premier étage (à la nantaise m'a-t-on dit) mais ça n'a pas posé de problème outre mesure. Le jardin/terrasse est plutôt grand, largement pour s'y détendre et manger les repas tous ensemble. Si vous venez en voiture, il faut vous garer au parking "des petits ponts" ou appelé également parking de "la mare aux canards" à Chevreuse : la maison est à 50m de l'entrée du parking. Ce parking est gratuit, parfois très rempli (nous y étions le weekend de l'ascension et il faisait très beau) mais on trouve toujours une place pour 4-5 voitures. Je recommande vivement!
