The apartment is located in a new building in a modern, safe neighborhood with easy access to the train station. It was very clean and well-equipped, especially the kitchen which had everything I needed. The space is comfortable, with plenty of room and a nice balcony. There's a LIDL supermarket just a 2-minute walk away and several great restaurants right nearby. The host was super friendly and responded quickly. Absolutely worth staying here – highly recommended!

The accommodation is clean, comfortable. residential and quiet neighborhood without nearby road noise. There were always places available in the street to park a stone's throw from Anaïs's home.

Nice little apartment, very clean and pleasant, with everything you need for a great stay. The bed is really comfortable, with quality bedding. The small terrace is a real plus, especially with the nice weather we've had in the last few days. Everything is well thought out, highly recommend!

Excellent stay in this small duplex ideally located, 20m from the RER train station and all shops, but very quiet, charming and clean. Hosts were very responsive to our every concern. We were so happy there that we gradually extended our stay to more than a month!

Thanks to Sophie for hosting us ☺️ The apartment had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. There were various means of transport nearby as well as restaurants and supermarkets. She was always ready to answer any questions, so I would recommend it without hesitation!

This was a fabulous Airbnb. Fully 5 star!!! The host was so friendly- so easy to get a hold of. They were immediately responsive when we needed a few things like toilet paper and more shampoo / conditioner. The location was perfect and even though it was on a very busy street near the metro, the windows were fantastically insulated. So the noise was minimal. We could hear the neighbors. Their kids made quite a lot of noise, but it was doable. The street lights are really bright all night but they had blackout curtains on all the windows. it would be helpful if there was Velcro or some way to attach the blackout curtains to the wall to limit the light leak get on the side. A lot of light still came in that way. But honestly, it was definitely one of the best situations and Airbnb as we’ve stayed at. We are incredibly happy.!!

We had a wonderful stay at Xavier’s place. It is located in the nicest area and all the locals around were so friendly. Tons of restaurants and shops nearby. Walking outside, you are almost immediately able to see Notre Dame which is a short 5 minute walk. As far as the home goes, it was ver comfortable and the cleanest Airbnb we have ever stayed in. Thank you, Xavier for the wonderful stay!

Lovely comfortable apartment in a great location for public transport. Good range of local shops and bars, with lovely patisserie and boulangeries in the area. The apartment is on the third floor, which keeps you fit, but that means you can see the Eiffel Tower from the kitchen window.

Great apartment. Ramo was very helpful and immediately available if needed. The apartment has everything you need and the jacuzzi and sauna were great added extras and exactly as described. A great way to relax in the midst of being a typical tourist in Paris.
