My family and I loved the house, the space and the location. Rose gave us several tips on places and beaches. We used a car to get to the beaches. We went with the proposal to rest and walk too. And the house really met our needs! The condominium is peaceful and very quiet: just what we needed. The house is extremely organized and clean. The barbecue area with a wooden table where we had family table time! A hammock on the balcony at the entrance of 🏠 the was also used a lot! The house met our goal: leisure and rest. All perfect. I and my family spent 2 nights at Michele's house at the carnival, we were in 9 adults and 3 children. Everything was perfect. It served us super well. The house is exactly as shown in the advertisement. We made a barbecue for dinner and we all stayed in the outdoor area, chatting and laughing. A very nice moment with the family. Michele always attentive to what we need, always being requests and willing to help.

The house is very comfortable, located in a quiet condominium amidst preserved forest. It corresponds directly to the listing description, with all equipment and furniture in great condition. The beach is quiet, well attended, mostly by local people. The condominium offers umbrellas and chairs. The host Fabio was very attentive, helpful and proactive. We only had one problem with the air conditioning in one of the was promptly resolved by Fabio, having no impact on our stay. During the stay we were able to count on the support of the housekeeper who provided us with a great tidying and cleaning and cooking service.

The house corresponds to the ad, everything working perfectly, my family and I feel at home. It is a family-friendly, super quiet environment, close to the beach, and kiosks. Condo with pool and game room, all very clean and organized. We will definitely return because the place corresponded to what we were looking for. We were able to rest and enjoy the carnival holiday. I recommend it with my eyes closed!

I went with my family and my two puppies. Luiz is very helpful and was flexible with check-in and check-out times. The house is spacious, cozy and close to the beach, in addition, it was very clean and organized. The pool has a good size and was very clean. The outdoor area is great, my dogs loved it. The beach is very quiet with few people, even on the weekend. We'll definitely be back at Luiz's house for sure.

The apartment is ideal for relaxing and resting by the sea. You are literally facing the sea. I think that of all the apartments in the complex, this one has the best location in terms of proximity to the beach. You feel very safe at all times. Simone answers all your questions immediately and with a smile. As for the furnishings, it is very complete and each of the 3 rooms has its own bathroom. I would definitely go back.

Our stay was wonderful! The house is way better than the ad photos, super airy, wide and very tasty. Super equipped, kitchen with different appliances available. Pertissimo of the supermarket, which makes everyday life much easier. Extremely clean rooms, good quality bed and bathrooms and lots of smells!!! We chose to hire Amanda aside and it was great, a hand in the wheel and a sweetheart! Marcio was also very helpful and kind in all communication. The location and view of the beach is perfect, really foot in the sand! I highly recommend it!

Perfect location! You can do everything on foot. Market, shopping, restaurants all a few meters from the house, not to mention easy access to the beach. Contact with the owner was always very easy and he was super helpful, as was the housekeeper. The house is much larger than it looks in the photos, as is the pool, and it suited our family very well. To be perfect, it just needed an air-conditioner in the living room or a more powerful fan. The rooms have air-conditioning and we had a very quiet night. The kitchen is extremely complete with everything working! I didn't need anything at all during the stay, everything was perfect. We hope to come back more often.

It was wonderful! We went with family to celebrate my husband's birthday! We loved the house! And the beach we knew it ! Very quiet and clean . For children it's outstanding! We'll be back for sure!

Mr. Ronaldo was very kind and helpful to us, he responded very quickly whenever I needed it. The apartment was very clean, organized and the view is unforgettable! We intend to return. There is a very good fish market, everything is fresh, I recommend it, and the Krill supermarket is great!

The location is excellent. Accommodations were very clean. Although the photos describe the place well, in person some objects need to be replaced or repaired. I suggested to the host another refrigerator, as the one that is there is small for 10 people. But my note is still 4.5 out of 5.
