Beautiful house small but very heart warming and very welcome home. Masayosi is very friendly. You dont need to worry too much. He got everything you need. From the freebie snack and free mineral bottle waters and convertible electric plug for you USB charger. Lovely to stay in his house Again.

Akira’s stay was amazing. It was clean, spacious for our group of 6, and next to multiple train stations that kept us well connected to the city. We would definitely stay here again when we eventually come back to Japan. Thank you so much for the pleasant stay!

Rumah yang selesa, rapi dan privasi sesuai dengan keinginan kami satu famili bertiga. Ada basikal percuma disediakan. Kami berbasikal sejauh 25km radius pada satu ketika dan guna untuk ke stesen keretapi. Separuh minggu percutian kami habiskan di luar bandar Fuchu sehingga ke Mount Fuji. Lagi separuh minggu kami sewa Airbnb di Tokyo metro. Tuan rumah yang responsif dan sedia membantu jika berkelapangan. Kesukaran mencari makanan halal di kawasan sekitar merupakan cabaran. Namun ada dapur yang lengkap jadi kami memasak untuk sarapan sebelum keluar jalan-jalan hingga tengah malam.

Kanako was always responsive and helpful during our stay. Her lovely home is located in a very convenient location that is both quiet and within walking distance to many places including 2 train stations that could easily take you to other parts of the city. It reminded us of our time when we lived in Tokyo. Our son absolutely loved staying here. Definitely recommended for small families.

We spent three weeks in Japan with my family (including a 9 month old) and we were so happy to have found Yuri’s house. The house was very clean and free of clutter which made it perfect for our 9 month old to crawl around. It is also extremely spacious for Tokyo standards and newly renovated. Yuri was so thoughtful throughout. For example, she provided a high chair, baby cutlery, and offered us a bouncer (which we didn’t need so she took it back). She was extremely responsive to any questions. For example I asked about a rice cooker because we cooked a lot and she brought us one the next day (including a bag of rice!). She is also made us a beautiful cake. Bunkyo city is a bit quieter than other parts of Tokyo and great for kids, but has also very nice small restaurants. I never had such a positive Airbnb experience. I recommend it to anyone traveling to Japan. Thank you very much for everything, Yuri san!

5人で使用しました！とてもオシャレな空間で、都内でこの人数で泊まれた事が良かったです。かつベッドルームとリビングルームが離れているので、寝る人の邪魔をせずにそれぞれのペースで過ごせて快適でした。 またオーナーの喫茶店の食事も美味しく雰囲気も良く海外からのゲストも喜んでいました！とても良くして下さり感謝申し上げます。また泊まりたいと思う場所でした！

This place was lovely! We wished we had stayed here for our whole time in Tokyo as it was the perfect place for a large group. Lots of room, very clean and located in a very quiet and beautiful neighbourhood. It had all the amenities and the host allowed us to keep our luggage there the day we were leaving which was very helpful! A little walk from the station but lots near by. We would recommend this place to anyone!

ESTUPENDO! 🇧🇷 This Airbnb truly saved me. I had to urgently switch from a terrible place, and walking into this one felt like a breath of fresh air—literally! It was spotless, beautifully decorated, smelled amazing, and was super well-organized. The host was incredibly friendly, responsive, and flexible, which made everything so much easier. 비행기를 놓쳐 막막했는데 구하게 된곳이 인테리어도 멋지고 침대도 편안했어요. 무엇보다 세탁기에 건조기능이 갖추어져있어서 좋았습니다. 감각적 인테리어 최고에요

Zuzu& Gizmo's is a beautiful property close to train stations, food, shrines, and more. The home is welcoming and comfortable. It is 4 stops to Shinjuku from the house, so all of Tokyo is at your hands as far as transportation goes. The owner is prompt with responses and so kind. While the property was made for cats, it's still wonderful if you don't. Absolutely would recommend staying here.

This was the perfect place for my stay in Tokyo. Very close to Oshiage Station and SkyTREE there was so much to do. The place was very quant but spacious and felt private. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to have a nice and comfortable stay in Tokyo

非常满意的一次体验！东向岛站出来步行大概10分钟就能到，沿途有两家便利店。比起东京的一些蜗居酒店，这个房间足够两个大行李箱摊开。屋内设施也很齐全，微波炉冰箱洗衣机电磁炉都有，厕所也是干湿分离的 很好！有任何问题房东都会及时回应。唯一的缺点就是靠近马路，工作日早上的话来往车辆多会有点吵，不过我们旅行一般都是起大早所以也不太影响。总体来说性价比非常高！

The place is at a walkable distance from Sensoji(3-4 mins walk). The accommodation space is well managed with very tastefully done interiors. Walkable from Asakusa station. The stairs are narrow and there's no lift. It's difficult to carry the luggages.

My group was 2 adults (my self and my friend), 1 boy teenager and a younger boy turning 6 years old. Before we decided to stay, we did extensive research for hotels and airbnb, and finally decided on Jianrui’s place, and we’re very happy we did. Jianrui’s place was squeeky clean, full of amenities, and lots of other things we didn’t even think of. For that price and the space, it was well worth it. A little bit far from the hustle and bustle of mid-Tokyo, but the train was available until after midnight. Even when we had a bit problem with the toilet (my 6 years old clogged it-hahahaha-) and with the key, Jianrui and the co-host was responding our messages right away. It was a home far away from home, one we look forward too after having a long day, or just for staying in for the day. And also a big plus, they are very attentive to a younger kid’s necessities, such as providing games, and also a birthday cake for my son (just WOW). Thankyou Jianrui and also the co-host😍

We were a party of 3 looking for an apartment with 2 separate bathrooms (toilets) which is hard to find when you only need 2 bedrooms. We needed privacy but still have a place to be together. This fit the bill exactly. The apartment is a detached house with 3 floors, in a quiet area a few minutes walk from Ikeburu station . The top and bottom floors have bedrooms and toilets while the middle floor has the kitchen, living/ dining area, shower and laundry. The stairs are steep, so that might be a problem for some people. The kitchen has all the basics, but we only needed it for our morning coffee, as there are lots of places to buy food and eat in the area. Unfortunately, there were only 2 coffee cups when we were there, which I understand has been remedied. The couches in the living/dining area were basic but not super comfy. All in all, it made a good base from which to see Tokyo. I would recommend this apartment to people who want both privacy and a communal area.

We really enjoyed our stay in Shinjuku. There were four of us in the apartment and we had ample room. The location was in a nice part of town surrounded by restaurants and cafes close to public transport and local attractions. The beds were comfortable. The shower was lovely and the kitchen was great for making small meals.

Great location which is just a short walk to the subway. Short train ride to places like Shibuya and Shinjuku. Yet quiet and peaceful. The personal parking was a big plus for us as we were driving. And the washer with dryer was really convenient. Place was neat and clean. Miho was responsive and instructions were clear. A hidden gem in the heart of Tokyo.

Yukari was more than a host, she is a friend. She is kind, friendly, helpful and very responsive. She picked us up at the station and also dropped us off when we departed. Japan is a great place to visit for its beauty, culture and especially the people. It’s our number one favorite country to come back again and again Thank you Yukari for allowing us to stay at your place and for being so nice to us

Great home in a lovely, friendly neighborhood. The beds were a little uncomfortable but putting an extra comforter on top of the mattress helped. It has great amenities.

房源的介紹說明與實際入住後幾乎相符合，只有智慧門鎖這項不正確，實際是使用鑰匙開關門，出門要注意妥善保管鑰匙，避免遺失而進不了房間。 住宿地點只有JR車站-新小岩站，步行約十分鐘可到，大樓有電梯，上下樓滿方便的。 房間靠近大馬路(有高架橋)車聲略為明顯，落地窗隔音稍弱，會因聲音影響睡眠的人要留意，我會戴耳塞入睡，所以沒有對我造成影響。 有兩個房間，一間標準雙人彈簧床，一間目測是單人加大寬度的榻榻米地墊，這次兩大兩小(11歲/9歲)是夠睡的。 浴室有小浴缸，每天可以泡澡消除走路的疲勞，很讚！ 洗衣機有烘乾功能，可以少帶衣服，很棒！ 生活用品齊全，像是餐具、杯子、牙刷毛巾、盥洗用品、洗衣用品、雨傘、室內拖鞋等等，真的有家的感覺！ 住宿地點不可能完美，但是CP值夠高，全家大小都住的很滿意，也很謝謝房東都能儘速的回覆我的問題，很開心能入住這裡，期待下次再來東京🙂
