This house is a two-story house in the Kitaku Senju station area.Entire building is available.Even if there is a little noise, it will not affect others. The first floor consists of a lounge, dining room and bedroom, kitchen room, toilet room, shower room, and washroom. The second floor is two Japanese-style rooms. Kita-Senju Station is one of the big terminals in Tokyo.There are 8 train in total by JR and subway.It is convenient to go to tourist destinations other than Tokyo as well as Nikko. Kitasenju is also a commercial area.A lot of shopping centers, restaurants, and more. Kitasenju is also a great place as a tourist destination.There are many old-fashioned streets, shopping streets, shops, temples, shrines, and other things that you can only taste here. House has access to 3 stations.Everywhere you go, you can basically get one without changing trains. You can also come from Narita Airport or Haneda Airport with one without any transfers. We named it Balifornia because it was designed with Bali and California beach resorts in mind. There are no adjacent houses, so you can enjoy the outdoors with peace of mind! It is on the street, so there is some traffic during the day, but there are almost no cars at night, so it is a quiet private space. In addition to the living room, there are two twin rooms and one full room (two sofa beds). It can accommodate up to 8 guests. (One bed per person) We also refuse entry to more than 8 people. (Excluding infants, so please contact us about children!) If you break the rules, you will be asked to leave at the time of discovery and will not be refunded. Check-in is at 3 pm and check-out is at 10 am. Pets are not allowed. As a general rule, we do not provide condiments for hygiene reasons, so please bring your own. We have been plagued by vandalism and loss of equipment by young people. Although only a small percentage of young people are responsible for this, we will only accept reservations from people 25 years old and older to avoid risk.
