It’s our 2nd time at the property - the villa is amazing, the standards of cleanliness are perfect. For us, the best things are the pool and the privacy! The property is close to everything yet so peaceful. Younan is a great host - he communicates well at check in and check out. Looking forward to visiting Gouna again!

Our stay here was AMAZING! Everything from check in to check out was perfect. We were collected from the airport and taken to the villa where there was boxes of water already in the fridge for us. At all times moshen was available. He even collected us the next day to show us around and allow us to a do a big food shop at the supermarket before bringing us back again. Hassan and Taib are also most helpful and polite. They were all available any time we needed anything from advice to clean towels. We can’t wait to visit again soon. 💜

The villa itself was absolutely stunning far more incredible than the photos and the description. Every detail was thoughtfully designed, making our stay both comfortable and memorable. We had an absolutely amazing stay at this apartment! The location couldn’t be more perfect — it’s right on the beach, so we could step outside and enjoy the ocean within seconds. The view from the rooftop was stunning and made our mornings unforgettable. The pool area was just as impressive — clean, beautifully maintained, and ideal for relaxing after a day in the sun. The apartment itself was spotless, clearly well cared for, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, except a waterdispenser and a stool in the bedrooms, which will be taken care of going forward. A special thank you to our host Mohamed, who was incredibly attentive and responsive. From the moment we booked, communication was smooth and helpful, and they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed especially when we needed further kitchen equipment. We can’t wait to come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a beachside getaway in El Gouna!

Islam was a great host and i can absolutely recommend renting with him. He was flexible with check-in and -out. Organised transfers to and from the airport and was always there to help on short notice and in a extremely friendly way. The villa was nice, especially outside with the large heated pool and nice view, however you could recognize it is already a bit run down so i guess it belongs to the houses in El Gouna built more early.

It was a pleasant stay for my family . Mr Ismail was very helpful and responsive. The place was exactly like the pictures, clean, private and quite with a nice lagoon view. The check in was smooth and all the detalis were taken care of. Will definitely visit this place again

George house is very special, fully equipped, comfortable and with a very good location. All the existing places are close but not too close. George was a great host, he got a cot specially fir my grandson and was very helpful responding within minutes. I would definitely recommend this stay

We stayed at this location for a week. The place is as described and clean. we enjoyed the large space and privacy. We felt very safe and secure. The staff Ragab and Mohammed were very friendly and accommodating, always ready to fulfill requests at any time. We also enjoyed the pool which was also kept clean. In particular we enjoyed spending some times with the dogs and cat. They are very sweet but will not bother you if you want to be alone. The surrounding area is being developed but we still enjoyed the view from the roof. We will probably be back again!

Our stay at this villa in Gouna was truly exceptional! The view is breathtaking, and the interior design is stunning—every detail is thoughtfully done. The pool is the perfect size with great seating around it, making it ideal for relaxing. The whole place was spotless, and the rooms were super clean with two offering amazing views. Beds were incredibly comfortable, wardrobes spacious, and mirrors well-placed. The kitchen is large and fully equipped, making everything convenient. We were warmly welcomed by JO, who made check-in smooth and even left us a lovely touch of cold water and fresh fruit in the fridge. It really felt like a home away from home. We absolutely loved our stay—it was the perfect spot for our Gouna trip, and we’d definitely return! The villa was the highlight of our trip FS!
