Lynæs harbor has a fantastic swimming area for year-round swimming, rental of surfing equipment and a private sauna as well as beautiful restaurants and ice cream shops The house has been carefully renovated and decorated with respect for the age and history of the house.

Summer atmosphere with barbecue on the terrace, sun and swimming on the beach or autumn/winter coziness with lovely walks by the sea and board games in the living room. Cozy family cottage with large terraces facing south and west in a quiet area and within walking distance of both Kattegat's blue waves, the old fishing village in Kikhavn and Ullerup Forest. The cottage, built in 1993, is 63 m² and there is an annex with both bedroom, toilet, laundry room and bicycle shed. The home is suitable for up to 6 people, and has, among other things, a thermostat-controlled wood pellet stove, internet and cable TV. The holiday home is located on a 1200 m² plot with both lawn and mixed vegetation.

The apartment: a bedroom with 2 really good box mattresses, which function as a double bed or single beds. Both winter and summer duvets are extra long. Combined living room/kitchen, entrance and small bathroom with shower. There is private guest parking and bicycles available. Close to lovely Kattegat with access to the beach from the landowners' association beach. NOTE: due to dog allergy, no pets. Sorry.

Kom og nyd naturen som omgiver vores tiny house kun 150 meter fra fjorden og klinten. Huset ligger på en stor grund, hvor vores eget “rigtige” hus ligger, men I kan slappe af i fred på den tilhørende private træterrasse. Vandreruten, Halsninoen, går lige forbi. Det rolige vand i fjorden indbyder til lystfiskeri, kajak og SUP. Lynæs surfcenter i nærheden tilbyder bl.a. instruktion i kitesurf og kajak samt lækker mad og live musik.
