I can’t say enough good things about this amazing spot in the craziness of the city. You are in a very local village and it has so much charm. The room was so clean and the bed was comfortable. We used the communal kitchen every morning and it has everything you need. The pool and the grounds are kept immaculately clean. I will always stay here when we come through Bangkok. To get to the center of Bangkok takes awhile but if you get local taxis with a meter, it’s super reasonable. The MRT stop is a 17 minute walk from the house. Thank you so much for everything. We will be back.

I stayed 3 weeks here. Really enjoyed my stay. The mattresses are really hard and uncomfortable and because it's in the middle of Chinatown there's a lot of noise throughout the night. Which doesn't bother me. But the combination of the noise and the hard mattress made for some unpleasant nights. I asked Issaree if they had a soft topper for the bed and it was brought to me quickly. It definitely makes a difference so I would ask for one if the bed is too hard. But after that, I slept really good and anything I needed the staff were really helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again. I love how central it is. You're one quick Grab or Tuk tuk away from most sites in Bangkok. There is a washer in the building that cost 40 baht but only accepts 10 baht coins so keep those whenever you can.

We had a wonderful stay. Patty was very friendy and responsive to our needs, which made our stay very convenient. The place is in a great location with many good retaurants and 7 eleven convenient stores nearby. The place is also close to popular malls like siam center and siam paragon. We had a great stay at Patty's place. What we love moat is that it is Super close to BTS Rhatchathewi station- just a 2-minute walk. All of Bangkok's prime destinations are accessible through BTS. Siam Paragon, MBK is walkable too. Pratunam is also nearby. Perfect place! Check in is smooth. Patty guided and waited on us even we arrived late. The place is neat, homey and functional. Most fitting for budget friendly, guests. Patty is also responsive with our requests. We love coming home to her place after a long day in Bangkok. Once you are in any BTS station, it already feels like home. Would definitely book again next Thailand trip.👌
