Overall a really good stay, responsive friendly hosts. The pool was definitely a highlight alongside the mini supermarket downstairs that’s open 24 , very convenient. The place looks like the picture, the only improvement for me would be the couch, it does sink a little. Overall I would recommend this host

Clean and cosy. Well equipped for a short stay. The washing machine and washing powder was great for washing clothes, especially in the hot and humid climate of Bangkok. The apartment is conveniently located, just a short 5 min walk from Ekkamai BTS station and right next to a mall with supermarket. Several chic cafes and eateries in the alleys right behind the apartment, dishing out really nice coffee, baked goods and local dishes. Gale is very responsive, friendly and accommodating to our requests.

Nice place just far enough to be relax, and close enough from the metro station (15-20min walking) to reach the rest of the city. The host is very responsive, ready to help whenever needed. Thanks for the stay!

What a fantastic experience! Ben & Ndee’s apartment is truly outstanding and offers everything your heart desires – and more. Spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with every comfort you could ask for. Ben & Ndee themselves were incredibly kind, flexible, and thoughtful. When my wife felt unwell, they kindly allowed us to check out an hour later without any hesitation. That kind of genuine hospitality really makes a difference. All in all: an A+++/ 5 star experience and service. We will definitely be coming back next year !

Super nice place that’s spacious and looks exactly like the photos! The location is not far from Thong lor and other popular places + it was squeaky clean and the beds were super comfy. I 100% recommend Kevin’s place and would book again ❤️

Quietly located and the nightlife district Nana is right outside the front door. In the kitchen there is everything for a long stay. 2 air conditioners are provided. I'd love to come back next time I'm in Bangkok.

This is my second time staying here and it’s just as great as the first.

Came for the pool and gym, both were such gems! The rooftop view and friendly stuff at the bar were such bonus, the Lawson right downstairs also is such a plus, and also great curry place (Devil’s Curry) within walking distance, I’d say these facilities alone are enough to get your money worth. If you want a taste of the luxury services from BKK condo living, this is definitely the place. Many of the rooms are still empty and under interior deco, so the corridor could be dusty, but not a deal breaker tho. As for transportation, if you decide to stay here, take grab/bolt bikes+ taxi, no MRT nor BTS for your convenience, but the place is super cloth to center tho, 15 minute bike to Nana, it was rather convenient. Lastly, the room, this is where I had some troubles with, it might be caused by the earthquake in April, which caused leaking and detachment in the bathroom upstairs, but we just ended up only using the one downstairs. The host is fast and responsive! Big plus forsooo

I had a great stay here! The room is beautifully decorated in a clean, modern-minimalist style exactly like the photos. It’s super clean and well-maintained, and the location is perfect, right near Phra Athit Road in Bangkok. There are plenty of cool cafes and restaurants nearby, and it’s close to the river too. Ekawit was really helpful and responsive, always quick to reply whenever I had a question. I felt very welcome and taken care of. Would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Bangkok!

The apartment is great for multiple reasons - it's new, clean, great free amenities like a gym, pool, coworking space, and area for deliveries in the lobby so you don't always have to meet the delivery person. The apartment is not big but it's big enough for 2 people to work remotely without being in each other's way. WiFi isn't the best but it was sufficient for both of us (and I work via remote desktop). The host is great - due to unforeseen circumstances we were forced to find an apartment 3hours before arrival in Bangkok. Even on this short of a notice, Zzz, managed to organize a full cleaning service and meet us at the apartment to welcome us and answer all our questions. The only real downside is location - it's not very walkable (although doable if you don't mind traffic too much) and it is 30-45min away from most attractions by car. Also allow 10-20min for taxis to pick you up after ordering. 10/10, would stay again.

Chonny's place is very nice, clean, specious, near BTS station. Chonny was very nice, active with informations and very respoensful. Definitely we will come back next time. I recommend Chonny's place.

We had a really good stay. The host was helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. We also needed an early check-in last minute, and they were very accommodating, which we really appreciated. Check-in and check-out were smooth, with clear instructions provided for both. The house was clean, well maintained, and looked exactly like the photos. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was also great. It was about a 10-minute walk to the metro, which helped a lot since traffic in Bangkok can be tough. No major issues during our stay. Overall, a very good experience and we would definitely recommend it.

I think this is the 3rd time i have stayed at Tierra. it's literally Perfect - easy auto check (my flight got in at 1:30am), easy ealk to 7-11, Tops, BTS and hospital. clean, quiet, comfortable. hot water, cold a/c and a great host team! 6 stars

Big thanks to Zoe and team! The place was just perfect. Super convenient with a restaurant, coffee shop, and store all in the building. The neighborhood is quiet and chill—great vibes all around. The condo felt super homey and comfy. Definitely recommending this 100%

Kk and Sharon is by far hands down one of the easiest host to work with .Location was a 5 minute walk from BTS and 711 . Check in , response time , and helpfulness was all done promptly and efficiently. Would stay at his units again when I return ! . 100 % recommend

Our stay at this apartment was noting short of spectacular! Newly renovated, super clean and roomy! We enjoyed every minute of our stay! Tony - the host - was very friendly and always available! We definitely recommend this apartment to a single person, a couple or family of 2-3 and we are looking forward to renting it ourselves again - very soon! After conducting research, I choose this place . I was highly impressed with its clean and comfortable rooms and additional facilities. I received first-class service from the moment I arrived at the hotel until the moment I left. The prime location of the hotel is a big plus. The facilities were top-notch, and the view from my room was simply stunning. I highly recommend it!

Really nice place, beautiful apartment. Just a short walk to the main street where you can catch a cab. Also very nice bathtub.

Nice place in the heart of Bangkok! Place was clean and clear instructions were given to enter the place. Pickup service from the airport can be arranged with additional cost as well but appreciate the service. 2nd room was small as per other reviews and location is about 5-7 mins walk to Platinum. There were two 7-11s located nearby which was good as well! Did not use the facilities but the guys did and said the pool was beautiful and gym was great! Slightly pricey but a good option for friends to stay together instead of staying in separate hotel rooms. Will recommend!
