Stenhaga - house by private lake

Stenhaga, house with lake plot, about 80 meters from our own lake. Large wooden deck with table and seating. Small sandy beach. Floating jetty with swimming ladder. The house is close to Smedstugan, our second house we rent out here on Airbnb. Fishing included. Salmon planted in the lake. One fish is included in the rent, then SEK 130/salmon. Rowboat included. The kitchen has a folding section, which can be pulled completely to the side, large opening out to the balcony. Floor 1 - kitchen, TV room, bathroom. Level 2 - Living room with fireplace, balcony, 3 bedrooms. Wifi, Apple TV.

Completely renovated cabin with lake view

Welcome to our cozy cottage in a natural and lovely environment. Here you have the forest as a neighbor and close to nice walking paths. As well as close to swimming and fishing, jetty and boat. From our large balcony on the front, you have a view of the lake and the meadows where our cows graze from spring to late autumn. This is the cottage to stay in if you want to stay in a private setting but also be close to most things. Holmsjö community is 1500 meters away. There is a grocery store, pizzeria, gas station and a nice summer cafe on our nice local island.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful and spacious home with old-world charm. Here you live near nature without neighbors. There are good opportunities to hike in the woods, swim, pick mushrooms and berries, fish and bike, just go straight from the garden out on the nearest forest road. Lake and swimming are available within 5 km, also grocery store, train station, gas station and pizzeria within 5 km. The cottage is surrounded by forest, and is a stone's throw away from the lake, where you have your own jetty. The perfect place if you dream of a break from everyday life. Cold baths outside or in the lake. The food is cooked on a fire or in the outdoor kitchen. Drinking water is collected from the pump house located just behind the house. Toilet visits take place in luxury das. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the cottage.
