Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Hóc Môn

James was highly responsive, and his parents were incredibly kind, making me feel right at home. They invited me to dinner on multiple occasions free of charge. On the one occasion I joined them, the meal was both highly nutritious and healthy. An additional touch was the access to use the washing machine at no extra cost. This accommodation is more than worth the price. The downside is the distance from Districts 1 and 7, where I had reasons to visit. However, affordable transportation options were available, thanks to Google Maps and the Grab app. On occasions when I opted for public buses, which are super cheap, I only needed to hail a Grab bike to take me to the nearest bus stop using Google Maps. I would then hop on the most available bus. I would certainly recommend this Home Stay and, in fact, would book again on my next visit to Ho Chi Minh City.

My stay at Loan's was pleasant. Her and her mom were very helpful. Loan was available to help when needed. The house was always clean, the room was cozy. There are small markets and food venders in easy walking distance. This area is Hoc Mon which is a suburb of Saigon, it's a little far to get into town. Easy to catch a bus if needed.

The place is quiet and well located, it will give you a stay in suburban feeling. Just 9 kilometer away from down town district 1 and easy to access everywhere.

If this location is convenient for you, it’s an excellent place to stay. Phong was very friendly and helpful. The room has everything you need and is very cozy! I highly recommend staying here.

This is my first time to Vietnam so staying with locals is very important. The owner and his family were so enthusiastic that I couldn't leave and stay longer. I'm sitting in this spacious room, very comfortable for me and writing these lines. The house is far from the center but for me this was a plus. People who really live here. There are neighbors around and the life they live every day is very lively and I love watching it. If I come again, I want to come back here. It's like I'm home. I slept really well. The shower is very unusual and the house itself is unique. I am so grateful to have chosen this place for my first experience. Thank you. May happiness for this family ❤️ P. S. Good place

Beautiful room, light, cozy decor. The lobby is nice, the receptionists and the security are very friendly. The internal utilities are very good, the pool is large, there is a very ideal place to walk.

Superb! Highly recommend. The host is super helpful in everything. The place is very nice, close to the mall, supermarket and many restaurants as well as parks. The area is very clean and modern. This was one of the best AIRBNB experiences we ever had. I will seek to rent this place anytime I am back in HMC.

Communication with Yolande was good from the time we booked the apartment to the time we checked out. Yolande was very quick to respond to our messages and I felt sure if we had had any queries she would have been very helpful as she was keen to ensure we enjoyed our visit.

The apartment was great and exactly as described in the listing and photos. It’s located slightly outside the very center of Quan 1, but still in a convenient area. The host was responsive and always available when needed. The shower had excellent water pressure, and the beds were very comfortable. Overall, we had a pleasant stay

Trinh's place was lovely. Located close to the markets and larger shopping centres. The place was clean and had all the amenities for a longer stay.

It's affordable and the response is quick.
