Skønt hus og beliggenhed - perfekt til familier

This amazing newly renovated spacious villa, in Risskov is the perfect location for family vacation. The house is 100 M from the Risskov forrest and very close (500 M) to the sea. The city center of Aarhus is only 3 km away. The house features a big kitchen with dining area, living room , office, four bed rooms, three toilets and two bathrooms. From the kitchen there is a nice view and an opening to the private garden with terrasses, lounge and a trampoline. This is the best place to stay :-)

In Odder, which is 5 km away, there is a large variety of shopping. The beach can be reached in only a few minutes walk. (300 m)

Villaen ligger mellem botanisk have, universitetsparken og 10 minutters gågang til midtbyens mange spisesteder og aktiviteter. Villaen er super hyggelig og lækkert indrettet med smagfulde møbler og her er masser af plads - både på den blomsterrige terrasse, i haven og i villaens tre forskellige stuer, store køkkenalrum og fire værelser, hvoraf det ene har en kæmpe sovehems.
