Magali is very welcoming. The accommodation is as advertised and the sea view is magnificent! We spent 5 days in peace, to the rhythm of the tides, lulled by the murmur of the waves and the ballet of the seagulls.

The apartment is located directly on the golf course in a locked area, which can only be accessed via a code through a large gate. Parking is available right by the house. The apartment can be reached at ground level. It is modernly decorated and practical. The surroundings are beautiful and we enjoyed it very much.

As soon as we arrived we were hosted very well by our hosts Emmanuel and Laure. The place is lovely and the accommodation is impeccable. After busy days of sightseeing, this is the perfect place to recharge your batteries in a quiet, green setting. Very well placed, the location is also ideal for discovering the coasts of this beautiful region. Really very satisfied with our stay!

Everything was perfect! Beautiful house super well equipped (nothing to be expected) with heated pool, we were 3 couples with 6 children, everyone was delighted despite the bad weather. Céline is very accommodating and even bought a crepe party for us! We had a great time :)

The accommodation is located in a green setting with a view of the field, and the surrounding villages. A furnished terrace allows you to enjoy the view and the exceptional setting. Spacious, quiet, clean and carefully decorated house. Good bedding though a little too soft for our taste. Well-equipped, shops nearby, as well as the sea. Lots of activities in the area, we had a lovely stay

Our host Stéven was always available to us, he always had an open ear and was helpful in finding a dentist (can happen on vacation). The house is equipped as described, there was a food cabinet that we could help ourselves to. The amenities of the house are also as described. The house is very clean and easy to clean after a day at the beach. The area is beautiful, secluded little beaches without much of an audience - that could look different in the summer. There is plenty to discover in the surrounding area. There is a very good baker in the next town. We were looking for peace and quiet, and found a quiet house and a quiet area. In the wider area there are some well-visited seaside resorts with wide beaches and restaurants, in the nearby area (about 2 km away) you can get fresh oysters and mussels - to prepare yourself or to enjoy on site. A pizzeria is within walking distance in the village. A successful vacation!

Emmanuelle's house is a true earthly paradise. Photos aren't enough to convey the beauty of the place. Both the inside and out are beautiful. All the rooms of the house allow you to admire a breathtaking landscape, which changes continuously with the rhythm of the tides. This is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful views of the coast. The interior is carefully decorated and tastefully furnished. The house is super equipped (appliances, dishes, kitchen utensils, children's games, etc.). It offers absolute comfort, unlike many vacation homes, where you can only find the essentials. The maintenance is perfect and the cleanliness exemplary. Nearby are all the useful shops for shopping and Paimpol is a five-minute drive. Emmanuelle was an exceptional host.

Accommodation for a weekend as described.

We had a lovely weekend at Françoise's with the sun. The house is in a very good location to enjoy the quiet of Val-Andre and the beach. The house is also very welcoming and pleasant with the sauna as an additional asset!

We had a pleasant stay. The place is very pleasant. Despite the railway line that worried us at the start, the place is very quiet. The accommodation is well equipped and very pleasant. We were able to connect our electric car.

We had a great stay in the house. Clean, tidy, tastefully decorated, spacious. Fanny was very responsive to questions, respectful, friendly and, despite a small technical concern for the hot tub, worked to fix that. Thank you to the owner who made a gesture of goodwill to compensate for the technical problem causing the impossibility of using the hot tub. We will be happy to go back and warmly recommend this house!

Our stay with Thierry and his wife was wonderful. The apartment offers everything you need and Thierry and his wife were very accommodating. Even when it comes to tips in the area, Thierry was able to help a lot. The location is great and the surroundings are simply beautiful. Highly recommended.

Great stay in a cocoon of happiness Everything was perfect from the arrival check-in to the departure checkout. We exchanged numbers so we could communicate if needed. Our hosts were just great, easy to communicate with, simple and caring people. A little extra for this stay, accessibility in terms of access for a wheelchair. A ramp to the terrace has been installed. The bathroom and living spaces are very large for moving around which made my stay very pleasant. Small plus number 2: the bedding is really excellent, the sheets smelled good and the large bay window overlooking the garden is really soothing. Small plus number 3 and honestly I could go on, the wood stove adds a little extra touch as well as the winter veranda where I would have stayed to write for example. Everything was perfect. The house is ideally located, a few steps from a beautiful, almost secret beach, where you can swim or simply admire the landscape. The neighborhood is peaceful, far from the hustle and bustle, making it a perfect place to rest and recharge. The accommodation is comfortable, well-equipped, and you immediately feel at home. A break of calm and beauty — I would recommend it without hesitation.
