This is the only viable AirBnB option in SFM. All the others are subpar or inactive for extensive periods. Verdana has over 20 units in the complex that you can choose from. There is security 24/7. And there is parking. The units aren’t luxurious. But for the price and the location, it’s your best option. All the basic requirements are satisfactory. Will return if ever needed.

The Airbnb was in a great location. The owner communicated well and supported all my needs. The best part was the convenience of the nearby restaurant, pools, and 24-hour security. I highly recommend it—10/10.

This place was great for a family with kids. You can see the playground from your balcony. Had four pools, including two smaller one for kids. The beach is very wavy, so the kids couldn’t go in the water, but it’s beautiful to look at. There’s an Italian restaurant on the property that we didn’t love, but you could walk 5 min to the nearest coffee shop for brunch, or 10 min to two other great brunch spots. At night, you could either walk 25 min to a ton of restaurants or drive 5 min. All on the beach. The apartment had three large and beautiful bedrooms. It was fully air conditioned and comfortable for our family of four adults and two children. Overall recommend this place.

Thank you, Kristy, Facundo and team. This condo was adorable on the inside and had a fantastic view. I was a little nervous being on the first floor but loved that security was right there and a gate from our porch to walk out to the poo and beach. you didn't have to get your sandy feet on your chairs as there was a shower right next to the pool, and a beautiful sun deck overlooking the ocean. there were a few minor hiccups during the week, but Facundo and his team were on it within 30 minutes. the team offered many times to assist us with pharmacy or grocery deliveries and there was never a lack of restaurants. very close to the town center, there were so many restaurants right on the beach (one of which right there on property!). also at the last minute, we added a family member, so they helped us get him a condo as well. All in all, everyone was so welcoming and laid back. This was a wonderful piece of heaven and can't recommend it enough. I will definitely be back.

Ottima accomodazione e’ stato come vivere in famiglia Gregory molto disponibile nell’aiutarci a risolve i nostri problemi. Appartamento confortevole estremamente pulito prevede un servizio di pulizia settimanale molto efficiente. Vicinissimo al centro della città e alle spiagge più belle. Brandon fue quien nos recibió, muy amable siempre atento a todo, el lugar es más hermoso que en las fotos. Los lugares de comida son excelentes!! La playa muy cómoda y limpia Justo al frente. Sales y ya estás en ella. El lugar muy tranquilo y todo a su alrededor muy bien ubicado y hermoso. Dan ganas de vivir ahí. Me encanto, lo recomiendo y de seguro regresamos !!

Le logement était comme décrit. Propre, quartier tranquille et sécuritaire. Par contre, assez éloigné, une voiture est conseillée pour se déplacer pour aller épicerie, resto, etc.

As a frequent traveler to Sosua, I've stayed just about all the nice places but Rob's place is by far the nicest with all the amenities you'll need for a comfortable stay. If available for my future trips, this is most definitely where I'll be staying. Thanks Rob for being a wonderful host

Espectacular. El lugar es divino . muy limpio . Es super relajante. Ame el apartamento

Tuvimos el privilegio de pasar 11 semanas en este preciosísimo lugar. La ubicación es estratégica, a medio camino entre la ruta principal y la playa El Encuentro, lo que garantiza tranquilidad y canto de pájaros todo el día. El departamento está orientado para disfrutar del desayuno en sombra y ver bellos atardeceres. Todo es tal como en las fotos, el condominio muy bien mantenido, con vigilancia nocturna. Los anfitriones atentos, el internet Starlink y generador eléctrico aseguran una estadía muy cómoda. Algunas observaciones: 1. El sofá está algo deteriorado, sería bueno cambiarlo. 2. Hay hormigas, aunque proporcionan insecticidas. 3. Los corredores de la cortina en la entrada son largos y a veces llegan a pegar. 4. Las ventanas laterales pueden abrirse al cerrar la puerta principal. 5. Hay pocas tiendas cercanas, pero eso podría cambiar con el desarrollo de la zona. Pese a estos detalles, el lugar es increíble. Felices de regresar para otra gran temporada de surf!

Una estadía sin desperdicios. Sin duda alguna volveremos. Desde que llegamos nos sentimos muy cómodos. Un lugar donde se respira paz y tranquilidad, muy limpio, seguro y de fácil acceso. Las fotos quedan cortas para describir lo hermoso y confortable que es este espacio. Muy bien equipado en todas sus áreas. Un ambiente agradable y familiar. Paula fue una excelente anfitriona, siempre al pendiente de nuestras necesidades con su rápida respuesta y recomendaciones. Quedamos muy complacidos con las atenciones del personal del condominio. Le damos un 10/10 en general. ENCANTADOS!
