Vacation rentals in Herceg Novi Municipality

This was the best stay in my 12 years on Airbnb. The location is perfect - above the town promenade, facing the Bay of Kotor, a quiet stretch of the coast close to the city center. The apartment is spacious for 2-3 people. It's well-designed and equipped. The best part: the balcony facing the sea, with its own olive tree! Pro tip: get up early and watch the sunrises. And Natasha is a great host - responsive and friendly. The bottom line: Highly recommended!

The place is beautifully located above the village. From the balcony or pool you can enjoy a great view of nature, mountains and the sea in the distance. The host and his lovely dog also live on the property, but in a separate house. He always paid attention to privacy and made our stay memorable with his warmth. Rarely do you experience such hospitality with so much care and kindness! Every morning he prepared us a hearty breakfast with vegetables from his own harvest. The wine house is located directly by the pool, is air-conditioned and convinces with a pretty decor. Since it is already an older house, it can happen that insects sneak in at times. The pool is in an impeccable condition as well as with several loungers/ chairs. We enjoyed our stay & can recommend the place, especially if you are looking for relaxation.

The studio looks exactly like on the photos. You can see that it was totally remodeled and everything inside is brand new. Lovely comfortable bed and sofa. Gorgeous brand new bathroom. You have everything that you need for a few days of holiday. If you are driving, the apartments are right on the curve, with the sharp turn right ( there is a sign on the left of the road, right opposite), so be sure to slow down, since it’s very steep for a few meters. Right opposite the entrance to the complex are stairs that can take you down to Portonovi. It’s about 10 min walk. They have a beach club with beautiful sand beach ( you have to pay to get in) , restaurants, supermarket, you can hire the boats. We got the codes and all the perfect instructions the morning of our arrival ( so if you are coming from the US like we did, don’t freak out, they don’t send informations out 72h ahead) Jelena was a fantastic host! Always on line answering any questions we had. We loved it here!

Great stay in the old town of Herceg Novi! Super cute home, had everything we needed. Host left us a lovely welcome gift of wine, chocolates and fruits. The apartment was very clean, plenty of clean towels. I would stay here again for sure. Host was very kind and communicative. Thank you we love Herceg Novi!

This place is set in a stunning location right in the heart of the old town. It offers beautiful views of Kotor Bay and the sea on one side, and the old city and church on the other. It’s an ideal spot for younger visitors due to its vibrant surroundings and local events. Quiet hours are from midnight to 7 am, and on weekends from 1 am to 7 am. I personally enjoyed the church bells, but I understand they might be a bit disruptive for some. I found the quiet hours ample for rest, especially as I like to take an afternoon nap when it's hot and everyone is at the beach. The accommodation is cozy, clean, and practical, with breathtaking views. Highly recommend! Tnx Nina

Our host family was wonderful! They gave us all the essential tips, including a heads-up about shop closures for public holidays, and were genuinely lovely to chat with. The living space was truly superb – so much room, and the kitchen was perfectly equipped. The breathtaking view and huge terrace were definite highlights. It was easy to get around; the bus stop to Herceg-Novi was close, and the beach was a quick trip too. Even though it's not right on the waterfront, that incredible bay view totally compensated. Fantastic value for money!

All recommendations for Katarina and her apartment. I spent 3 wonderful days here. The apartment has everything you need, it is clean and tidy, in a quiet and peaceful environment, and yet close to the promenade, shops, bakeries, pharmacies... Katarina is a great host, responsive, very helpful, I highly recommend it and wish her the best.

Great apartments with a nice view. Sometimes it may be a little noisy due to the road down by windows, but it didn't bother us at all. Diana was nice, we had a problem with the wifi at 1st day and she managed to solve it quickly. I will strongly recommend 👌
