With us you live rural and close to nature, while the house is only 20 km from Visby. Beautiful hiking trails and nature reserves are available next to the property. The nearest swimming area is 10 minutes away (car). It is close to the west coast, east coast and lake (Tingstäde marsh) so swimming can be adapted to the weather and wind. In walking distance there is Bäl village farm with barbecue and mini golf that are regularly available in the summer. At the house there is a south-facing patio with charcoal grill and generous grass areas.

The house is bright, 2 rooms and kitchen, one of which is a sleeping loft, and a fully tiled bathroom with shower. Separate guest house with two sleeping places in bunk bed. Two patios with table and barbecue facilities. Separate laundry room and large plot.

Excellent bike/hiking trails in nice nature and cultural landscapes with medieval buildings. 50 km to Visby. 13 km to Fårösund. 5 km to bus stop. Car charger is available. The convivial fishing community Lickershamn is a vibrant boat harbor with restaurant, kiosk, bangolf, fish shop, swimming jetty, lovely sandy beach and Virgin, the island's highest rauk.

Fully equipped laundry room with mudroom. In addition to this, there are 4 good mattresses for children to sleep on.

Along the outside of the fence, a small stream winds along. The house is located 20 km north of Visby with good bus connections. Slappna av i detta klassiska Svenska hem och lugna boende på landsbygden. Nära till naturen och havet. Där kan man fiska med fiskekort. Badplats finns 300 m ifrån gården. Vitvikens havsbad ligger 1 km bort, där finns det restauranger, kaffe, paddel minigolf. Stranden är även hundvänlig. Inom 30 km finns det MTB spår, samt fina vandringsleder. Närmaste samhälle Slite är det 8 km till, där finns det apotek, mataffärer, systembolag och restauranger. Vill man åka till Visby så ligger de 35 km bort.
