Staying in Kerstin's house is like living in a Swedish magazine photo spread. Everything is so lovely and so perfectly Swedish. We had a restful stay, listening to the crickets and cooking our own meals and admiring the flowers and fields and old churches. Kerstin was a very friendly host and communicated well. Would definitely recommend.

Fredrik's home was a joy! The expansive view across Lake Vänern included bird life, small boats and magnificent sunsets. We felt right at home - the kitchen was well equipped, the living area was cozy and the bedrooms were comfortable. Outdoors, we enjoyed it all - the dock and small row boat, the sauna and hot tub. Fredrik's home was private, impeccably clean, uncluttered and filled with natural light. We also discovered many tranquil, easy trails in the surrounding area that took us to other points along the lake. Some of the trails were even within walking distance of Fredrik's home. Groceries, local restaurants and a few cafés were only 15-30 minutes away by car. Coming from Annapolis, Maryland in the USA, some of the hikers we met on the trails asked why were in this part of Sweden. Our answer was easy - it's a magical area and we loved staying in Fredrik's place!

Well planned and very cozy cabin near the lake. The garden had plenty of room for activities for the kids. Henrik was very easily accessible when we had questions about directions and other things. We were there over a weekend but would have loved to stay longer!

Such an amazing place for our family to spend four days. The house is very comfortable and there are so many things for teenagers to do here.

Absolutely amazing!! The house is gorgeous and appointed with outstanding furniture and amenities. The setting on the hillside is truly amazing. We loved it!! I want to come back again.

Thank you for a wonderful stay in amazing surroundings. We made stops at the cabin on our way skiing. Super beautiful in the cabin and with winter wonderland and ice on the lake. But we also really wanted to experience it in the summer 😊

The house is located with a great view, highly recommend it. We spent four days there, but could have easily spent longer there.

We were up and running so home was perfect as ours was 150 meters from the cabin we used the cabin for shared dining and some coziness in the evening I have asked Johan about a lot of things and have gotten answers in for a few minutes each he is a great host Only downside was that doors should be left open during food lichen due to smoke detector

We spent more than two weeks in Oskar's home, and we left with regret. The place is even more beautiful and peaceful than you can imagine and the house is perfectly furnished. The rooms are large, bright and beautifully decorated. There is everything you need to feel at home, with space in the cupboards, in the kitchen etc. This one is perfectly equipped for cooking every day. The kids loved the garden with the big trampoline and all the toys. The walks all around the house are beautiful. In short, a beautiful place that leaves us with wonderful family memories, thank you Oskar and Johanna!
