A really nice place to stay and the best point is good connection with the public transfer and really near to the important places in Berlin 100% recommended.

Wir möchten uns danken für die Wohnung, die war sehr schön und gemütlich, die Wohnung hat uns sehr gefallen und überlegen uns es wieder nochmal zu mieten.

De communicatie met Sven was meer dan uitstekend , op vragen was er altijd een snel een duidelijk antwoord . Een parkeerplaats bij het appartement kon ook snel geregeld worden . Metro en bus station en ook twee supermarkten op korte afstand dus als uitvalsbasis om de stad te bezoeken is het appartement zeer geschikt . Wij waren een groep van 6 bezoekers van het X Jazz festival en voor ons verblijf van 5 nachten was het appartement groot genoeg en van alle gemakken voorzien .

Super schönes exklusives kleines Studio mit großer Badewanne neben dem Bett. Alles war sauber und schön! Einzig und allein ist zu bedenken, dass die Toilette und Dusche nur mit einer Schiebetür vom Schlafraum getrennt sind und es dort keinerlei Ablagefläche gibt zB für ein Handtuch. Personal sehr freundlich und professionell. Preislich höhere Klasse!

Super lokation og rigtig nem ind og udtjekning. Værelse og badeværelse helt rent, og fejlede ingenting. Alt i alt, fint sted til en god pris :-)

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce bel appartement. Tout était parfait avec de nombreux restaurants à proximité, des transports publics à moins de 10 min (U8,M10,M1) et une rue très agréable et très calme. Nous y avons passé 5 jours et pour un séjour plus long, une vrai table serait un plus pour les repas pris dans l'appartement.

Great space and location. Only thing is there was no AC and no big windows to open in the main area so it was a little toasty during the day so we kept the front door open for a breeze. Apartment was clean and beds were comfy

We were very satisfied with our stay. We were 8 girls traveling and stayed 3 nights. The place looked exactly like the photos – spacious, clean, and comfortable. Everything was as expected, and we had a great experience. We definitely recommend this place to others!

Zentral, sauber und ein schönes Appartment mit Nespresso - Maschine im Zimmer und Kapseln an der Rezeption... was will man mehr :-) Handtuchservice und Reinigung einmal pro Woche - sehr entspannt und mehr als man sonst bei Airbnb hat.

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt in Wismar. Alles war wie beschrieben und die Mitarbeiter*innen an der Rezeption waren super freundlich und Mario auch immer erreichbar. Da wir mit Kleinkind vor Ort waren, war der Spielplatz vor dem Haus perfekt. Ein Kinderbett wurde auch für uns aufgebaut und bezogen. Vom Brötchenservice hätten wir gern noch früher erfahren, wir haben ihn dann direkt an Tag 2 genutzt. Wir waren alle drei + Kleinkind sehr zufrieden und hatten dazu auch noch strahlenden Sonnenschein, den wir vormittags auf dem Balkon genossen haben. ☀️

Our little apartment at the SANA Berlin was perfect for our 10 day visit. It was just the right size for a longer stay and allowed us some flexibility that a hotel room would not. In this case, though, we had both the flexibility of the apartment and all the amenities (pool, steam bath, housecleaning) of a hotel. The location was a short walk to many things, and there were several transit stations nearby allowing us to get all over Berlin effeciently. The staff were very helpful, and the hotel restaurant was quite good.

Smidigt boende lite utanför centrala Berlin. Vi besökte FEZ Berlin för en musikfestival och detta boende var perfekt placerat. Ca 3 km från festivalen gjorde att vi kunde gå eller ta tåget. Stationen ligger precis bredvid boendet. Rummet var toppen, lugnt och tyst. Bra kafé vid receptionen med god och prisvärd frukost. Vi kommer återvända hit! Rekommenderas!

Super location. Close to Lidl which turned out v handy. Walkable to a lot of important destinations. I wish the blinds in the living room were total blackout blinds. Not a noisy area and with the insulation of the room I wouldn't have realised either. Matthew is super responsive and accommodating.

Tolle Unterkunft und unfassbar netter und kommunikativer Gastgeber! Meine Leute haben sich wohlgefühlt.

Ein absolut wunderbarer Ort für Qualitätszeit zu zweit! Im Preis Inc ist die Wellness Landschaft die wir das ganze Wochenende für uns hatten! Super freundliches Personal, sehr leckeres Frühstück und gemütliche Feel well Zimmerausstattung und Atmosphäre, sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen auf jeden wieder!

As always it was lovely to stay here. I had the gold apartment on the second floor, which is my favourite because there is more light and a nicer view onto the courtyard (but both are nice). We had an issue with the door which was a bit of a pain but Kristina was very responsive and because it would not be fixed before I left, I was offered another room. The TV now has various streaming services (Prime Video, Netflix etc), which is nice when you are exhausted and want to relax a little. And as always too, it was super quiet at night, despite the lively Kiez outside with the restaurants and cafes all around.
