A fully equipped attached unit, private from the Home- Just a 4 minute walk to a private bay of Hatfields beach, or 10 minutes walk to the ever popular orewa beach for swims. A spacious living area and fully equipped kitchen with views of the ocean. Underfloor heating in the bathroom, a queen bed with an additional double studio bed option to pull down in the spacious lounge. Suitable for up to 4/small family.

Well set up for self-catering with induction hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave. Cosy wood fire in winter. Hosts live nearby and are very happy to provide any help.

There is a compact bathroom with shower, basin and toilet. 5 minute walk to Hatfields Beach and less than 5 minute drive to Orewa Central Unit has : NO seaview or garden.
