Lejligheden er 55 m2 og indeholder soveværelse, køkken/stue samt badeværelse. I stuen findes sovesofa med to sovepladser samt spiseplads til fire personer. Køkkenet har ovn, kogeplader, mikroovn, køleskab og opvaskemaskine. Soveværelset er med dobbel-elevationsseng og udgang til fælles have. Den smukke Faxe bugt og Noret lige udenfor huset sætter rammen for et helt vidunderligt sted. Huset blev kåret som vinder af programmet Danmarks skønneste Sommerhus på DR1 (2014). De velindrettede 50 m2, med op til 4 m. til loftet passer perfekt til et par - men er også ideelt til familien med 2-3 børn. Året rundt kan der bades i ”Svenskerhullet” ml. Roneklint og den lille fine ø Maderne, som ejes af Nysø slot. 10 km fra Præstø. Desuden er landskabet skabt til smukke gå – og cykelture.

Hyggeligt indrettet anneks på 39 m2 med separat badeværelse. Étværelses lejlighed indeholdende dobbeltseng, sofahjørne med TV med mulighed for 2 yderligere opredninger på sofaen (børn), spisebordsplads samt køkken med ovn og køleskab. Annekset er nyrenoveret med nænsom hånd og vi har forsøgt at indrette det så hyggeligt som muligt. Endvidere udendørskrog, når vejret tillader det. Det er muligt at tilkøbe morgenmad, hvis vi er hjemme.

Our modern summerhouse is situated at Oroe in Isefjorden. The house lies on a 'hilly' plot owerlooking Isefjorden almost at the end of a gravel road. From the beach you can fish and swim. And then Oroe is only 1,5 hours drive from Copenhagen. If this house is booked, feel free to see our other house on Orø.
