周りは閑静な住宅地ですが、昼間は地元民の活気溢れる場所です。近くには美味しい飲食店やコンビニ、食料品店、ディスカウント店等もあり便利です。又、自然豊かな鹿助公園(Rokusuke park )や樋井川(Hikawa)もあり、散策やウォーキングも楽しめます。駐車場も無料で1台停めれます。セルフドライブの方には福岡市内何処へでも行きやすく便利です。博多駅、天神まではバス1本で30分程度で行く事ができます。最寄りのバス停は上長尾(徒歩1分)、最寄り駅は地下鉄七隈駅で家から3km、もしくは西鉄高宮駅まで4kmです。ベッドではなく、お布団での利用の為（シングル2枚の大きさ）ご家族利用の場合は幼児〜小学低学年までのお子様なら3名までは宿泊も可能です。お料理される場合は、IHクッキングヒーターをご利用下さい。こちらの静かでおしゃれなお部屋で、のんびりとおくつろぎください。

これは城南区の一戸建て2階の住宅です. 装飾は新しいですから, 部屋の中は綺麗です. ここから七隈駅まで5分くらい歩いています. 七隈線は博多と天神まで直通ですから. 地下鉄を利用する必要がある人にとっては非常に便利です. レストランやコンビニも近いです. 家の周りには2台分の駐車スペースがあるので、車で行く人にとってはとても便利です。家族で住むのに非常に適しています. ベッドルームが2つあります。バスルームは1階にあります。トイレは1階と2階, 全て2か所あります。家にはテレビが2台あります,リラックスするのはとてもいいです.
