A fabulous place. We were a group of 13 people across age groups and the place was wonderful for a family get together. Punam didi, the caretaker lives on site, and having her around means that it's great logistically to organise a staycation. She is very helpful and efficient. the place itself is very spacious with six bedrooms and well furnished. lots of nooks and spaces at multiple levels to break out into different groups. overall check in experience was great, the host accommodated a lot of our requests and everything was super smooth. the property does have a lot of stairs though, but they have a couple of bedrooms on the ground floor for PPL with accessibility issues.

Good communications from our host right from the time of making the booking (via Airbnb). We came via Delhi's great Metro, having arrived on a midnight flight the night before so stayed close to the Airport for the first night. Vinita waved us up from the balcony of the Studio and once we arrived walked us round showing us the facilities (which included free cool water, a washing machine if you need to do laundry); a fridge, good modern bathroom and a gignormous bed which thankfully had a good mattress and soft pillows.

I came from a long flight and requested Himanshu that can I check in earlier even though the room was already occupied he told me about the common room where I could rest and keep my luggage until I check in. Himanshu is attentive, responsive and really kind. Book this place without overthinking much. If you want a clean, cozy and comfortable stay in South Delhi. Go for it without a doubt! Our stay at Akhilesh's place was truly exceptional - it felt like coming home to a warm embrace! Akhilesh was incredibly welcoming and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Really Amazing place and my compliments to the host. It was very easy to communicate with Shubham. Comfortable room size and neat rooms. The food was absolutely amazing. It is so close from the main road yet away from the hustle bustle, with a spectacular view from the rooms. The terrace was the best spot for our birthday celebration and Shubham ensured that all our requests were catered to. I certainly recommend everyone to visit here without a doubt.

The place was maintained very well and conveniently located. I reached this place when it was raining all over Delhi NCR and caught up an allergy. The host went out of the way to help me procure a medicine at very late hours in the evening. I am thankful to them for a restful stay.
