In the middle of Utö with walking distance to beaches and amazing nature is this little gem. Perfect for those who want to have peace and stay in the middle of nature. The house is perfect for two people but works with, for example, 2 adults and 2 children. Just a few minutes walk to the sea. Several excellent hiking trails are available on Utö. A map is located in the house. "The community" The mine is about 4 km away where several restaurants, grocery store, etc. are located. Get off the boat at Spränga pier. To keep in mind. A tour only goes to the Mine.

Cozy and fresh house with great views and sun all day/evening. The house is high up with a porch that goes around the house. Unobstructed view of Horsfjärden. The house has three rooms and a kitchen. Lake view from all rooms. Bedroom 1 with double bed, bedroom 2 with wide bunk bed (120 cm downstairs). Close to the house there is a guest house with wide bunk bed and toilet. Close to beach with diving tower, golf courses, cafe, restaurant, shop, boat to Utö. 30 minutes from Stockholm by car. Easy public transport.

Built in 1968 and surrounded by the ocean, forest, nature and good neighbors. The decor is calm, light gray with wood design furniture. In the garage that is connected to the main building there are some gym things and a washing machine . At the front of the house is a large terrace and with the possibility for barbecue, furniture and hammock. The house has 2 double beds. On the hill there is a wood-burning sauna. Dogs are welcome and there is a fence all way around so they can run free.
