Storstuga med matplats och bäddsoffa, pentry, två sovrum (160+110-säng+överslaf). Badrum (separett) nås via dörr från altanen. Sjönära stuga på 40 kvm med stora fönster ut mot havet och bryggan. Veranda med utemöbler. Braskamin i vardagsrummet med 1 korg ved som ingår. Går att köpa till extrasäckar ved. Öppet kök med ugn, spis, micro, kaffebryggare, tekokare, kyl/frys och diskmaskin. Vardagsrum med bäddsoffa (140cm) och bord/stolar. Sovrum med 2 sängar. Toalett och dusch. Kanot och flytvästar finns att låna. Husdjur och rökning ej tillåtet. Sängkläder och handdukar ingår. Stugan ligger 45 min bilväg från Stockholm.

Ön ligger endast 300 meter från fastlandet (Smådalarö) och du tar våran båt över, färja (fre-sönd) eller taxibåt. 3 hus varav ett är nybyggt och modernt. Brygg- och båtliv nära pittoreska Dalarö. Har du båterfarenhet ingår vår båt 4,5 meter Buster RS med 50 hk. Passar bäst för familjer. 8 vuxna går inte då det är 3 avskilda sovrum (hus). 2 personer i hus 1 4 personer i hus 2 2-4 personer i hus 3

Skärgårds stuga på Utö Tommys stuga

Stugan är en mysig stuga mitt på Utö. Med balkong mot nordost med havsglimt. Pentry, kyl m frysfack, mikrovågsugn, Tv, Braskamin, WC och dusch. Soffan fällser ni ut på natten så blir det en 140 säng. Lakan ingår ej. Husdjur är tillåtet, men säg till innan. Ett begränsat antal cyklar finns att hyra. Närmaste stället för att bada är 50 m nedanför huset. Där finns en grässtrand. Till Gruvbyn är det ca 2,7 km. Där finns alla faciliteter så som ICA Utö, de kan hjälper till att köra hem maten.

Built in 1968 and surrounded by the ocean, forest, nature and good neighbors. The decor is calm, light gray with wood design furniture. In the garage that is connected to the main building there are some gym things and a washing machine . At the front of the house is a large terrace and with the possibility for barbecue, furniture and hammock. The house has 2 double beds. On the hill there is a wood-burning sauna. Dogs are welcome and there is a fence all way around so they can run free.

Lakehouse next to lake. Woodfired sauna. Fishing.

House only 20 minutes from Stockholm City. The view and surroundings are spectacular. It is a natural lake reserve with beautiful forrest where you will walk alone and just hear the birds. From both the room and the sauna you have the lake just outside the window and there is such a feeling of tranquility. The house fits 2people. Extra guests will get new house next door. Possible with up to 6 people. 2 guests in the RED lakehouse and 4 people in the new BLACK house 20 meters from lake.

The cottage is about 35 sqm and is operated with solar panels. It has a wood burning stove, comfortable double bed, a sleeping alcove with bunk beds, tiled bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. Charming patio with sea views and access to barbecue. Only 150 m to the bathing jetty and 5 min to the bathing beach.
