Here you have a private home that is a short distance to public transport, shopping and beautiful nature. You have your own apartment with private entrance, private toilet and fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is divided into a living room and bedroom. In the living room, you will find a sofa that can be converted into a comfortable two-person bed, as well as a table with space for 4 people. The bedroom has two single beds that can be converted into a double bed. The apartment is located in a quiet area with immediate parking attached.

Located close to Silkeborg, Aarhus, Randers. Legoland, The Old City in Aarhus, ARoS, Moesgaard Museum and not least the beautiful nature in East Jutland with beach and forest.

Guest house

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. From the top floor of the home, there are great views of the fields and forests, where we often see deer and other animals. Eat out when the weather permits at the lovely garden furniture set right outside the door. There are sleeping spaces on each floor, so if you are two couples, or two colleagues, or parents and older children, you can sleep separately. We have agriculture, so there is the possibility of spotting a tractor or other agricultural machinery in action.

Quiet and cosy little guesthouse in our garden that sleeps two people. The area offers ample opportunity to cycle, run or walk in the beautiful nature around Silkeborg or Gudenåen (The River Guden). Public transport (bus) 850 m. Silkeborg City Center 5 km. Jyllandsringen 4,4 km. Silkeborg Golf Club 3,7 km. Gødvad Hallen 1,4 km. Svostrup Kro 7 km. Vidkærhøj

If you want to experience Denmark from its beautiful and quiet side, then “Vidkærhøj” is the place for you. The home is part of our property from the 1870s, and was originally an old barn, which we have lovingly restored over the past few years. It is centrally located between Aarhus, Silkeborg and Skanderborg. It is high up here, and if you like, our dog, Aggie, would love to greet you, just as our cats, chickens and rooster are also very curious. We can’t wait to host you 🤗

Welcome to our cozy one room apartment in the countryside. The apartment is located in a separate annex in connection with our house (we have two Airbnb apartments in the same annex). So you have your own place with a fully equiped kitchen, a bathroom, a terrace and a small green space. The terrace and the green space is shared with the other apartment in the annex. Welcome - take a break and relax in our cozy green oasis. You get your very own little "apartment" with a private entrance, a small kitchen with dining space for four people, a private bathroom and a spacious bedroom with a double bed (140x200), sofa, TV and workspace.
