The southern beaches (tahiti beach-5min) (mzouzia, 3baobab,-20min) (Ngouja 25min) by car. or rather hiker Mont Bénara at 10min, Mont Choungui 25min by car. NO SMOKING in the accommodation please.

The accommodation is really in a very quiet neighborhood, the terrace is very nice. The configuration of the unit is friendly. In order to find the accommodation, the owner gave us an appointment point at the times that suited us and drowned us there.

Excellent stay! The apartment is located in a quiet and safe area. There is an area to park, it is easy to move around, and you can easily access shops by scooter to eat. There's a pizzeria and scooter rental shop just around the corner from the place, so if you arrive in Mayotte it's very convenient. The host is very welcoming, available, and responsive to any requests you need. The apartment is very clean and well maintained by the housekeeper. I recommend it!

Sitty is adorable. The place is very cozy and our host is always improving it. We were able to communicate with her very easily, she is very available for any questions. A/C, fans, and water tank are a real asset. Our baby was able to stay cool. Thank you for a delightful stay on Petite Terre!

Nassur's place was exactly what we expected based on the listing description and photos shown. The amenities and amenities of the accommodation are quite satisfactory for Mayotte. We particularly appreciated the air conditioning in the 2 bedrooms. We had a great time thanks to Nassur who always answered our questions with speed and kindness. The house (shared in 2 units, with Nassur's brother next door) is located on the heights of Sada which is a charming little town and allowed us to have a great view of the ocean, especially at sunrise and sunset. An idyllic setting! If we come back to Mayotte one day, we will probably not look for another place because this one was perfect for the 4 of us (2 adults and 2 teenagers).

Christophe is generous in the exchange. Her place is perfectly as described and very pleasant. Comfortable bedding, quiet at night, well-equipped. The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning, a workspace in the bedroom... you can dine at several restaurants as well as go shopping on foot. It is also ideally located whether we go north or south. A big plus: the water reserve and blower should equip each hotel room which is often not the case. You can go there without second thought, elsewhere, it will be worse...

We had a great time. Claire, Momo and their children are lovely hosts, always available and ready to be of service. We appreciated the fact of not experiencing water outages, the calm of the neighborhood and the proximity on foot to different services (bakeries, catering, Sodicash, Media library...) Throughout the stay, Claire and Momo made our daily lives easier. An address to keep precious! Cécile and Dominique
