All checks are met, Naddhawud was super communicative and sent us many helpful local recommendations. The host was super velcoming and the place was exactly how described and in photos. Area is super chill and quiet, very nice stay.

It was much more spacious and better than the photos. The host, Bo, was also really kind and treated us really well. It was my first time in Chiang Mai, and I was worried that the accommodation would be weird since I was going with a big family, but I was completely satisfied. I think it was a close and safe place with restaurants, supermarkets, and convenience stores nearby. I definitely recommend it for large families or groups!

It was a pleasant stay and it felt like home in Mae Rim Grace. House keeper Pen was very friendly and responsive, her team did a great job taking care of our needs .

It is made of teak wood, so there are no bugs and all conditions are good.

I stayed at this place for 3 days. They prepared a warm breakfast and did the laundry. They always helped us. They worked for us with a smile, The kids also had fun safely and had a delicious breakfast And the place was very clean and well maintained. When you travel to Thailand, there are many places that are not clean, but you don't have to worry about that here. It was very well maintained, so it was clean, safe, and really nice.😍

Such a beautiful and peaceful place. Naphat and her team went above and beyond- finding me massages, providing babysitting services, cooking tasty meals even getting me medicine when I got sick (respiratory bug caught on plane) . Highly recommend

Overall, the stay was very good Special photo shoot with pool table, ping pong table and board games There's also karaoke equipment, sound equipment, everything is fully equipped. There are also water guns, swimming rings, and other equipment by the pool. Although there are some mosquitoes, it's not a big problem It's really convenient to have plenty of snacks, drinks, mineral water and mosquito repellent!! In the event that a room does not have hot water Respond promptly and have someone come to check and repair I left a message for them before that there was a room that needed to be cleaned. As a result, all the rooms and the living room were cleaned. Neatly fold the clothes we left lying around Put all our stuff in place. And we have to clean up the tableware we used. Excellent experience. House comes with a cleaner and you get beers and water frequently refilled for free. Also if you want a tour they can arrange it for you with good vans and drivers. As mentioned by others it is about 30 minutes away from Chiang Mai Old Town, but you can get there with Grab Taxi’s. Also I was expecting a more jungle like experience but the villa is next to a busy road with a lot of noise in the morning. You can hear planes landing also. Finalky, the house smells damp and can use a little upgrade / attention to detail. However, it was a really big lovely place, we have had great advise and there is a very nice local place called Namthoeng Cafe nearby. In the afternoon we loved to just hang out near the pool, all quiet. So yes it’s a five star experience!

We had an amazing stay at the villa! The interior was beautifully designed — modern, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The design of the space was both functional and aesthetically pleasing, and the entire villa was spotless upon arrival. Kitchen was amazing well equipped with all the necessaries. Stayed here a few times when travelling with friends to Chiangmai. Right next door to One Nimman so incredibly convenient to walk to restaurants, cafes, shops and bars in the Nimman area. Well equipped house with a pool. 4 en-suite bedrooms upstairs. A real oasis.

The property is great one and worth the money but what made our experience much better was the host. She was a very friendly, helpful, and cared person. She even went beyond her duty and picked us up from the airport just to get to her property faster. Thanks Jaifah for the great hospitality and I recommend this place to anyone coming to Chiang Mai.

our villa that we were originally supposed to stay in was damaged in the earthquake. the host was very kind to find us an alternative place to stay for my family of 18 adults. the villa was amazing, with spacious rooms and amenities. villa is situated in a nice neighborhood with no road noise. the host communicated very well with us in all the help we needed. overall an amazing villa!

Haha.Let's talk about this house, our group is very satisfied, the large lawn allows the children to run wildly, the clear swimming pool is maintained daily by the staff, so I am very comfortable letting the children play, and all the snacks, drinks, and red wine in the kitchen and living room are free to taste, it's really shocking!Washing machine, microwave, stove, kitchenware, tableware (including chopsticks), everything is available.Full of details that are touching.The kids broke the curtains, and the staff didn't blame us after they fixed it.We'll be back to play again, looking forward to seeing Jay again.❤️

We had an absolutely AMAZING stay at the Nimman Villa 17… our host Nina was the most friendly, helpful and kind woman. She made our stay extra special. We had delicious different pastries and bites delivered every morning and even after we left, she let us know we left some things behind and we were able to go back and retrieve them. The hospitality here was above + beyond and even though the price was a little steep for our liking, the service and location made it worthwhile! We would most definitely stay at the villa again if we were to come back to Chiang Mai. Thank you Nina for a wonderful stay!

We had an AMAZING stay! Everything was great from the comfortable rooms to the beautiful pool and the incredible host! The villa was so peaceful and relaxing that none of us wanted to leave! The host went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of! The breakfast that was served every morning was delicious! The beds were big and very comfortable with 5-star hotel linen quality! There was a pool table and many other games to play along with as well as smart televisions to stream movies or music! The location was excellent and we were provided with a van driver to take us wherever we wanted to go for reasonable charge! Overall a great experience and will definitely be back again if ever in Chiang Mai!
