There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Kitchen: There are two hotplates, fridge with small freezer, fully equipped kitchen. Barbecue in the garden

Huset er lyst og dejligt, indeholder køkken, stue, lille toilet m/brus, 1 lille soveværelse med dobbelt boksmadras (160x200), smal trappe op til hems med dobbelt madras og lille værelse med 2 senge (80x190) til børn. No kitchen, but a fridge/freezer, plates, microwave, toaster, coffee/teaboiler and BBQ grill (outside). Small table and 2 chairs + one extra comfortable chair. Terrace with grill is avalible just outside the door. Pets are Welcome. There is free parking in the driveway at the adress. Bikes kan be parked at covered terrasse. 5 minutes walking distance from lake park and city centre.

Føns er stedet hvor der altid har været mennesker

Bjælkehus! så et rigtig hytte/sommerhus, hvor det emmer af mormor hygge! Ingen tv , eller internet ,men masser af bøger og spil .(der er god 4 G forbindelse). Det er hyggeligt når brændeovnen er tændt, huset kan også opvarmes med varmepumpen, opvarmning kan startes inden ankomst. Med 200 meter ned til Fønsvig, hvor der er en badestrand., samt en lille badebro, hvor man lige kan snuppe en morgendukkert. Hvis man er til fiskeri, tager man ud og fanger havørred, samt andre fiskearter .

Marielund is a danish farmhouse (est. 1907) in a beautiful and isolated spot right by the baltic sea. It has been completely refurbished, and includes modern amenities, a fireplace and good quality Scandinavian country style furnishing (completed in May 2020). Stunning location, 40 meters from a private beach with direct access through the large south facing garden. Enjoy the sounds of the sea, birdsong and the nights sky in absolute privacy, with no neighbours or tourism to be seen!

You will love my home because of the location, the beautiful scenery aswell as sea views. There are good opportunities for fishing and trekking in the area. Vi ligger tæt ved skov og strandeng, 300 m fra dejlig badestrand, 1 km fra Falsled Havn, og fra det helt unikke spisested Falsled Kro. Vi er placeret lige på kanten af Svanninge Bakker, og området er meget velegnet til friluftsaktiviteter som vandring, løb og cykling. Øhavsstien starter ved Falsled Havn.
