This newly built annex is a beautiful private home. Easy Self check in. Laptop friendly workspace & free Wi-Fi. Relaxed calm space ideal for a short break for two guests to share & enjoy. A luxurious double bed, beautiful view out to exclusive patio area in our private garden. En suite shower room, fully equipped kitchen & dining area. Free parking space on driveway. Faulkland is 20 minutes drive to historic City of Bath, close to Longleat, Stonehenge, Chedder and Glastonbury . Sorry no pets.

The space
Modern individual tiny home, built in 2022, fresh & clean living space, luxurious double bed and en suite shower room. Easy access, suitable for solo adventurers, couples & business executives. Contractors welcome. Guests who are travelling with a baby, let us know if you would like to use our travel cot & highchair. A beautiful private annex to relax & enjoy with a cosy electric log fireplace, smart high definition TV and fully equipped kitchen.

Guest access
This private annex is completely self contained with its own separate entrance, a lovely space for your special overnight weekend or midweek break. The space is dedicated to our guests who are free to come and go as they please. There is a private patio with table and chairs and access to share our garden and enjoy watching the sunset.

Other things to note
Please remove any muddy boots or shoes.
Please ensure you separate your re-cycling cardboard, glass, plastic & tin cans from the general rubbish. A bin & space for recycling are available under the kitchen sink.
Any guests travelling with a baby are very welcome, just let us know in advance if you want use of a travel cot & highchair.

Bring your bikes and enjoy a cycle ride or take a country walk through the lanes leading you to local pretty villages such as Hemington, Norton St Philip and Wellow. Cycle path links to Bath via the famous Greenway Two Tunnels or join the Kennet and Avon Canal. Only 15 minutes journey and you can pop in to the local market towns of Frome or Bradford-on-Avon with their attractive independent boutique style shops & restaurants.
