Our staff comes daily to clean the villa or prepare fresh breakfast if you like. A private chef for lunch and dinner preparation can also be organized, please talk to our on-site manager and give at least one days notice. The manager will also assist you with all kinds of questions and requests regarding your stay with us. They will help you with car/scooter rentals, massages, day trips, laundry, taxi rides, restaurant reservations and more.

We're thrilled to share our beautiful villa with you, built with love and respect for nature. Our villa has received the blessings and protection from the eldest priest of this village.
🌴🥥 We have fresh air, tranquility and good vibes waiting for your arrival.
😇Our Balinese owners and partners are committed to giving back to the local community, and a portion of our profits will go towards providing scholarships for local children to attend high school and college.
As a part of the local banjar (village), we ask that you respect our customs and traditions. There are a few days when our staff may not be available due to local celebrations, but we'll do our best to provide alternatives and give you as much notice as possible.
You'll have access to the entire villa and everything within the front gate. Our housekeeper will be available to assist you for a few hours, six days a week, and can take your clothes to a local laundry service if needed (reasonably priced).

We're located in a tropical jungle, and you may encounter some wildlife, such as field rats, mosquitoes, geckos, and lizards. 🦎Don't worry, they're harmless and a normal part of life in Bali! 🦟We've provided anti-mosquito devices and spray/lotions are available upon request.
✅ If you are unable to accept the presence of these pests, we recommend not booking our place, as this is not a valid reason for cancellation. If you're not comfortable with the presence of wildlife or insects, a hotel might be a better fit for you.
✅ We strive to maintain a clean and comfortable environment, but we cannot guarantee a completely pest-free or odor-free experience.
✅ Additionally, smells are highly subjective and unique to each individual and property. If you find any odors upon arrival and are sensitive to them, it may indicate that our place isn't a good fit for you. If none of our staff can detect any detrimental odor, we will uphold our policy.

* Q: Do you offer a floating breakfast?

* Q: Can I get extra clean towels?
A: Yes, you can get an extra towel as long as we have it available. We're an eco-friendly villa, so we encourage you to conserve water.

A: This villa is for 2 people, but the maximum capacity is for 3 people, with an extra guest fee of $50 USD/night/person.
* Q: Do you have a housekeeping service every day?
A: Yes, we have a daily housekeeping service, and we can change linens twice a week to conserve water.
* Q: Is the infinity pool available anytime?
A: Our pool time is between 7AM -11PM, and after-hours use is at management's discretion. Please note that the infinity pool may not be available if a group books all the bamboo villas and requests exclusive use for their group.
* Q: Can I cancel my booking for full refund?
A: Unfortunately, we have a strict no-refund policy. Please make sure you're comfortable with the terms before booking.
For the sake of respecting every guest's privacy, please kindly arrange with management should you wish your villa to be cleaned and at what time.
