Private rooms lock; key is provided upon arrival. Shared spaces include a spacious living and dining rooms, fully equipped kitchen, cozy library, quiet sitting room, office with ethernet connection, laundry room, and porch seating. WiFi throughout the house.

We prioritize cleanliness, convenience, and consideration. Rooms are thoroughly cleaned between reservations, including all linens. Guests are required to pick-up/clean-up after themselves during their stay (*see Rules elsewhere in the listing). Laundry and cleaning products are available for your use. Monthly housekeeping is provided for shared spaces. Additional housekeeping may be arranged for a fee.

No Pets. No smoking indoors or near open doors and windows. No parties. No events. No overnight guests.

Guests have access to all of the house interior rooms, closets, furniture drawers and cupboards, except bedrooms that aren't assigned to you.
Laundry room is in the basement.
No garage access.

Unload luggage and park 1 vehicle behind the house from Monroe Street. Visitors or additional vehicles must park in front of the house on Main Street.
