To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay, please review the following guidelines:
• Age Requirement: You must be 23+ to book.
• ID Verification: The reservation holder must send us a photo of their valid ID (we cannot view it from your profile). A completed Airbnb profile is also required. Door access codes will only be provided after this verification.
• Location Clarification: Our condo is in North Myrtle Beach, a separate city from Myrtle Beach, which is 14 miles away.
Community Highlights:
• Barefoot Landing offers shopping, dining, entertainment, and recreation.
• Golf enthusiasts can enjoy the Fazio, Norman, Love, and Dye championship courses.
• Sand volleyball, tennis, and basketball courts are available for guest use.
Please note: Our unit is located on the second floor, corner unit—providing extra privacy and natural light. However, there is no elevator, so guests must be comfortable using stairs.
Pools & Amenities:
• Ironwood Pool: Closest to the condo.
• North Tower Pool: A 4-minute drive, featuring a larger pool and outdoor jacuzzi (hot tub). Adults-only heated spa available. Hours for all pools are subject to change (9 AM to sunset). Bathrooms and security on-site.
How to Get to the North Tower Pool.
(Approx. 4-minute drive from the condo)
1. Exit the condo and make a right onto Barefoot Resort Bridge Road.
2. Then make a right onto Village Crossing Boulevard.
3. Drive all the way to the very end of Village Crossing Boulevard — keep going until you literally cannot drive any further.
4. Do not attempt to park on North Tower property and do not use any reserved spaces.
5. Park in the open parking area at the end of Village Crossing.
6. Once parked, look for the white gate — use your pool gate pass (provided inside the condo) to enter the North Tower Pool.
• Reminder: All guests staying in Barefoot Resort have access to the North Tower Pool, even if you’re not staying in the North Tower buildings.
Important Notes:
• Check-in/Check-out: Early check-ins must be requested 48 hours in advance. Late check-outs are not permitted.
• Amenity Passes: Found in the condo. Use during your stay and return to the wall by the entrance to avoid charges.
• Parking: Parking passes are in a blue folder on the entrance table. Complete one per vehicle and display it on the dashboard to avoid towing. Barefoot Resort prohibits pets, campers, RVs, trailers, and motorcycles.

Pool Access and Resort Guidelines
• Ironwood Pool:
Visible from our balcony and just steps away, the Ironwood Pool is open daily from 9 AM to sunset until October.
• North Tower Pool and Outdoor Jacuzzi:
The expansive 2-acre North Tower Pool and outdoor jacuzzi are open from spring through November, also from 9 AM to sunset. Located on the resort property, they are just a 4-minute drive from the condo.
• Open 7 days a week (hours subject to change).
• Features multiple swimming areas with varying depths.
• Easy access with steps and railings.
• Heated spa and outdoor jacuzzi (hot tub) are for adults only.
• Bathrooms and on-site security are available for your convenience.
• Parking is provided, but please avoid reserved spaces.
Amenity Passes:
You’ll need your amenity passes to access the North Tower Pool and jacuzzi through the white gate. Passes are located inside the condo and must be returned to their designated spot upon checkout.
Parking Guidelines:
To avoid towing, ensure all vehicles display a completed parking pass on the dashboard. Parking passes can be found in the blue folder on the entrance table.
Resort Rules:
The resort strictly prohibits the following:
• Pets
• Motorcycles
• RVs, campers, and trailers
• Vehicle covers
