Few notes on mountain living:
- Beware and keep an eye out for mountain wildlife that pose a hazard to you and your pets (rattlesnakes, coyotes, mountain lions, etc.). If you spot a snake on the property, please let us know immediately and we’ll have someone come to safely remove and rehome the snake.
- During the summer, pollen and cobwebs are daily occurrences to our outdoor living spaces. Feel free to use our cleaning supplies to wipe down seats, table, and railings. Or we can have our cleaning crew come do a mid-stay clean for an additional fee.
- During the winter, we do get snow. Check Idyllwild Mountain weather prior to your trip. If snow is predicted, please bring chains. Although our street is plowed, in some conditions it could take up to 8 hrs. We will use a private contractor for our driveway to be plowed. A snow shovel has been left in carport storage for your convenience to shovel if necessary.

Pets:
- One pet is allowed per stay and is an additional $150. We do not have a fenced in yard. Please do not let your dog off-leash due to the risks of wild animals.
- Because our home is pet friendly, we do not advise staying here if you have extreme allergic reactions to cats or dogs.
