Casino Royale WEST is a former casino / amusement arcade in the very center of Friedrichshafen. It is only a minute's walk away from the beach, walking district and the central bus & train station. The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place.
The whole set up is quite spartan compared to a fully furnished apartment, but an ideal place for larger groups focussing on relaxation, parties & events as well as business meetings, seminars, workshops & more.
The space

You will get a huge, multipurpose space of almost 250 m2 for your entire group & event in the very heart of the city!
It is equipped with benches, dining chairs and tables.
There are mattresses and yoga mats for your basic sleeping needs with fitting sheets only.
You will need to supply your bedding, towels and the like yourselves.
BUDGET OPTIONS :
Option A:
Guests who bring their own mattress/ sleeping bag / yoga mat & bedding can also stay at at discounted rate.
Option B :
We pitch the bitch!
Females only groups get a flat 8% off the listing price!

In case of a significantly larger group and need for even more space, please feel free to also book the adjoining Casino Royale WEST. Both Casino spaces EAST and WEST are connected by two internal doors.

1. At this stage, there is NO SHOWER, only 2 basic washrooms with COLD running water
2. There are only mattresses and yoga mats for your basic sleeping needs.
You will need to bring ALL your bedding and towels yourselves
3. There is a residual smell of smoke in this space. In case you are hyperallergic to that, this place is not for you!
4. There is NO KITCHEN, only a tea kitchen!
STATEMENT OF THE OBVIOUS:
During summer season May- August, heating will not be turned on!
MINIMUM STAY SURCHARGE
During the high season the minimum booking period at weekends is 2 days.
In case your group wishes to book 1 night only at weekends, we might make an exception, however a surcharge of 200 euros applies, payable in cash upon arrival.
ADDITIONAL SPACES & AMENITIES WITH SURCHARGES
PARKING
Guests can reserve parking spaces at the house for only 10 euros / day.
GARDEN COURTYARD BBQ GRILL
There is an adjacent garden courtyard which can be rented additionally for grilling & chilling purposes.
Rental includes our state-of-the art Weber charcoal grill plus charcoal for an additional flat fee of 200,00 euros payable upon checkin-in.
LAUNDRY ROOM
There is also a common laundry room with drying machine. Only 10 euros per filling.
EXTRA STORAGE SPACE
Extra storage space for bicycles and other stuff can be offered free of charge
( depending on the total space required)

Pet Policy:
You can either register your pet directly via Airbnb (flat fee €50 per stay, including Airbnb insurance), or pay our standard pet fee of €15 per pet, per day.
For your pet’s comfort, we kindly ask you to bring your own dog blanket.
TOURIST TAX
Please also note that as of 01.01.2023, there is a tourist tax payable in cash upon check-in. This amount is not included in the booking price and needs to be paid directly to the host.
High season ( 01.04.-31.10 each year ) :
2,80 euros per adult per day, 1,40 euros per kid ( 6-17 years ) per day.
Low season ( 01.11.-31.03. each year ) :
1,70 euros per adult per day, 0,85 euros per kid per day.
In return you will receive the Echt Bodensee Card
( EBC ) offering numerous discounts as DigiCard to go per email. For this end, please provide us the full names of all your travel companions as well as your email address, if you wish to use it ( Most people don't, based on our experience ).
KEY DEPOSIT
Upon check-in a key deposit of 100,00 euros is payable in cash. It will be returned upon check-out.
If you travel for BUSINESS ( a written confirmation is required ) , this tax does NOT apply, unless you explicitly wish to get the EBC for business travellers.
