Spectacular fishing in spring and autumn from the beach. Plenty of butter clams and crabs out front. This is a shell collectors dream especially after big storm.

Large fire pit with surrounding built in seating for nighttime oceanfront enjoyment.

This is a green solar house as are all beach houses on San Felipe South Beaches. Air conditioning is available via diesel generator from 7pm to 7am. This applies to June 15th - September 30th.
