The space
Charming 60 square meters apartment, with two bedrooms and a living room with a kitchenette, on the first floor of a typical Ligurian house of the 18th century. Right in front of the bike path.
Exactly halfway between Porto vecchio, with its characteristic fishing boats, and Piazza Bresca, with its charactercistic restaurants and clubs, it is the right place for for everyone (couples of all ages, groups of friends and families) but it certainly is the best for nightlife lovers!
Very nice, comfortable and practical furnishing. The kitchen is equipped with a cooker with 4 burners, gas oven, microwave and a fridge with freezer.
The bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink and bidet.
The master bedroom has a charming view on Porto Vecchio.

1) IMPORTANT: The Italian law states that ALL GUESTS must be registered at the Public Security offices. Thus, before your arrival, you MUST send me the scan of your Identity Documents.
From 01/06/2019 it is also mandatory to pay the Tourist Tax, equal to € 1.5 / day for a maximum of the first 15 days.
2) The service that I offered is NOT a hotel service! Clean towels and sheets will be provide you, but everyone will have to make their own bed, and no breakfast will be serve in the morning.

The area is very popular, especially in summer, during the night too. Therefore there may be noise and music coming from the bars and restaurants and from the street. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR REST AND COMPLETE QUIET, perhaps the accommodation is NOT suitable for you.
However the apartment has double glazing installed. If you prefer to sleep with the windows closed, a fan it is available to refresh you during the night.
There is no air conditioning system, but the building has very thick walls that keep the house cool in summer and warm in winter. By the way we do have heating system for winter season.

I live in Milan, but I love the sea, animals, and nature in general. This small apartment has a special sentimental value for me. My father Giobatta, known as "Bacìbelo", was born in those rooms. His family ran the typical Sanremo tavern under the house for a long time, from the beginning of the 20th century, which is now a Neapolitan pizzeria! When I return, I relive the light, smells and flavors that, I hope, can make you feel "at home" too.
