Guest access
Guests have full, private access to the house, yard, and attached garage. No shared spaces.

Other things to note
The driveway is fairly steep so some cars may have trouble parking in the driveway and some may be unable to comfortably back into the garage. There is free street parking available as an alternative.

About 10 stairs lead from the sidewalk to the front of the house and then there are another 4 steps from the front yard to the front door. The garage has 5 stairs to enter the house.

The house is cozy 960 sf, so if you are looking for a huge place, this is not it ;-)

The TV is set up with Roku, but you must sign into your own streaming accounts. If you do not have one, please let us know and we can make arrangements for you to use one of our personal accounts.

The heating and cooling is a mini-split heat pump, which goes from 62F-84F. Portland rarely gets above 100 degrees, but if it does, the AC would be expected to keep the house in the mid to high 60s but not in the low 60s. The unit serves everything but the bathroom, which has a cadet wall heater. The house has cadet wall heaters in all the rooms as a backup heating source, but these shouldn't be needed.

Pets are allowed on a case by case basis, so please send us a message including as many details as possible about you and your pet(s).

We have a landscaper come about once a month.

Forms: To comply with Oregon state laws, guests will receive 2 forms to sign at check-in, all of which can be done quickly through email. A carbon monoxide disclosure form is required for all homes and a led disclosure form is required for all homes built before 1978 (ORS 431A.350).
