Well appointed, renovated single-story cottage in a fantastic, quiet location—just 1 mile from the center of Rhinebeck Village on a private residential road. Thoughtfully designed with high-end furnishings. Enjoy my large backyard w/ gas BBQ, outdoor dining area, croquet, and a gorgeous view of the woods. No list of chores here - just relax and have fun!

The space
This 5 STAR Airbnb is a freestanding cottage located in Rhinebeck—a vibrant, historic town nestled in New York’s scenic Hudson Valley. My well-appointed home has everything you could possibly need for your next weekend getaway in a gorgeous location. The house comfortably sleeps 6, and unlike the local Bed & Breakfast, you’ll have the house and property all to yourself.

My house has 3 comfy bedrooms —1 king and 2 queens, and 1 large bathroom with a full bathtub/shower. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook or bake. The house has a large, lush backyard which you are welcome to enjoy, overlooking a gorgeous woods. Your kids and inner child will be mesmerized by the Disco Speakeasy hidden in the basement.

Location - location - location! The cottage is a quick 3 minute drive / 7 minute bike ride to the heart of town center, aka Rhinebeck Village. A 4 minute drive to the Dutchess County Fairgrounds, 7 minutes to the Rhinecliff Amtrak station, 14 miles North of Marist College, 7 miles to The Omega Institute. Just 83 miles north of New York City.

Rhinebeck Village is bustling with one of a kind shops, galleries, historic sites and a thriving restaurant scene. Foodies will not be disappointed here, and I love giving my favorite restaurant recommendations to guests.

My house has 2 smart TV's - one in the living room and one in the master bedroom. Stream your favorite shows from Netflix, Hulu, HBO, Prime TV, etc.

My adorable 1960s kitchen has been renovated, but it doesn't have a dishwasher. For this reason, I provide guests with eco-friendly disposable plates and silverware. Guests are not asked to wash dishes before checking out. No chores here.

You must notify me before booking if you are bringing a service dog so I can arrange for proper cleaning after your stay. Sorry but cats are never allowed, I am severely allergic. Thanks for your cooperation!

All guests who will be sleeping at the house MUST be on the reservation. No exceptions, thank you for your cooperation.

Guest access
The entire home is yours! Feel free to enjoy my large backyard and bicycles as well. I kindly request that you do not hang out in the front yard, out of respect for the quiet neighborhood and neighbors.

Guests may access the basement to use the laundry room and/or the Stardust Lounge (speakeasy).

Anyone who will be present at the house MUST be included on the reservation. Thank you kindly for your cooperation.

If you don't plan to bring a vehicle during your stay, I recommend booking rides in advance to ensure you can get around. Uber and Lyft area available, but it is better to schedule a ride beforehand than assume a driver will be available last minute.

The Rhinecliff Amtrak is the nearest train station. It is a 7 minute drive from my house.

Due to rural location, the neighborhood may experience occasional power outages. The house is stocked with flashlights, lanterns and water bottles, in the unlikely event that you lose power during your stay. All smoke detectors and the smart lock are battery operated, and therefore will not be affected by an outage. A power outage that is beyond the host's control will not automatically entitle the guest to a full or partial refund, whether they choose to stay for the remainder of their reservation, or vacate the property early.
